- The quiet location, although centrally located, you didn't hear the noise from the cars at all, because the room was in the courtyard. - The friendly staff, gave me a lot of useful information to visit Angkor Wat.

- There were many ants on the table above the small fridge. But these were limited only to the table, the bed and in other parts of the room they were not there at all. - The hotel does not offer breakfast but this was stated in the description.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room and pool were really clean and well maintained. The location is great, and you are few blocks away from a very big super market, pharmacy, and car rental. The hotel offers free transport with Tuk Tuk to and from the airport. Air conditioner is good.

Mesquites! What I noticed that there are gaps in the roof and entry door which lets Mesquites to come inside and bite you. We basically shut down the windows and door and still every day we had to kill at least 5~10 mosquitos. Also, there was no chair in the room in case you wanna work with your laptop.

if you turn Right then left at main lights it’s only a 5 min walk to Pub Street or otherwise plenty of tuk tuk’s close by. Bed was a little hard hotel offered to change but this was not necessary I survived. Room was very large with 2 queen beds, plenty of room for folderway beds. Shower was warm but not hot. Staff were brilliant, always able to help and arrange tours under my wishes. Tours are not pushed on you. Always provided great advice on tours and options, at a better price then your agencies. I would stay again.

The room was adequately spacious and very clean. Great bathroom - the fittings all looked relatively new. The hotel's in a great setting with lots of trees and plants as well as a fish pond in the the garden's. Beautiful clean pool with comfy deck chairs and fresh towels provided on demand - great for when you want to escape the midday heat. Quiet location, yet only 10 minutes to pub street and with a selection of great restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with a lovely pool in a great location. The reception staff were lovely and our tuk tuk driver that picked us up from the airport, Chard was wonderful. We ended up booking a tour with him to the floating village and he personally gave us a tour here. Plus we booked a tour of the Angkor Wat temples on the next day. Chard is a wonderful person- warm, full of insight into Cambodian life and a pleasure to be around. Thoroughly recommend. This really elevated our visit to Siem Reap and made it such a memorable experience.

Super friendly staff. Less than 10 mins to pub street. My room came with free airport pick up and drop off which was a nice touch as it was by tuk- tuk! Allowed me to stay in my room till 6pm for a small supplement which enabled me to have a shower before going to airport after a full day of temple tours. Aircon, shower and pool were all great. Such good value for money.

Room furniture was a little bit tired but by no means let that put you off. Would give a it a 9.5 if I could!

Nice place in a less intense part of Siem Reap, though still quite close to banks and restaurants. Excellent facilities and a very comfortable room. Wish I could've used the pool - it looked fantastic! Staff were friendly too. I left something in my room and had to get a friend to pick it up - they were quick to respond and facilitated the pick-up well.

The walk from Pub Street area to the hotel via the pedestrianised street (the one with the public fountains) can be a bit dark at night, and with barking dogs. I recommend walking via the main road instead, which is not much of a detour. Note that I saw someone walking-in to book a room at 7am, but apparently this could not be done before 8am - though there is someone at the reception(who spoke limited English). I had no problem checking in at 6pm - all the more reason to book in advance!

The only reason I rated a 9 and not a 10 was because they did not have breakfast functioning during my stay. However, the location surrounded by restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk compensated for this. The hotel was peaceful and comfortable, the very clean room was spacious (superior double) with an ensuite with a bath and a separate shower, the air con consistently kept the room very cool, the pool was refreshing and big enough for laps, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was outstanding, and the price was economical. Well done Lavender Angkor, I'm coming back soon.

staff were accommodating and kind but limited english at times proved challenging when trying to get direction. the bed was very comfy and AC worked well. Everything in the bathroom worked well. there weren’t many of the usual little amenities like extra bottles of shampoo etc. loved the pool and garden area.

as above. My room was kind of odd. It wasvery large but did not feel very homey. It was adequate for what I needed. I recommend putting a rug on the floor and a bedside lamp.

The pool was nice to come back to at the end of the day. Bed was comfy. Location was good, minutes walk to the busy part of town. There were plenty of eating choices close to the hotel. Free airport pick up was great. Over all the hotel is good value.

The hotel should really drop the 4 star rating it has on this site or any other site if they have a 4 star rating. The hotel is getting run down. The room I was in had a all in one bathroom, small with no shower curtain. The hot water alson disappeared with 2 mins in the shower.
