We absolutely adored the pool, even though it was a tad too warm for our taste! And let me tell you, the breakfast was simply mind-blowing. They had everything you could ever dream of - eggs, sausage, waffles, and a whole array of dry goodies. Talk about options galore! But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They were not only friendly, but also super helpful in every department. And let me give a special shoutout to Alicia, the rockstar at the front desk. She always went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns. Seriously, she was like a ray of sunshine, always smiling and ready to lend a hand.

Oh man, let me tell you about the "problems" we had during our stay. First off, there were a few spots where the carpet got all bunched up. Not a big deal, but definitely not ideal for a fancy hotel. And then, get this, the ice maker on our floor wasn't even on! Can you believe it? So every time we wanted some ice, we had to trek all the way down to the main floor. Talk about a workout! But hey, these were just minor inconveniences, nothing to lose sleep over. I mean, who needs ice on their own floor anyway? But I gotta admit, it would've been pretty cool (pun intended) to have that luxury. So yeah, not really problems, just little things that would've made our stay even better.

Friendly and helpful employees, good breakfast (though the selection isn't very wide, it contains everything one would need for a complete breakfast), nice coffee. All was expected according to booking price. Relaxed vibe.

The cleanliness of the room wasn't excellent, but was sufficient (dust in the not-so-common places and leftovers from previous visitors). The surrounding area isn't really appealing (highway is next to the hotel) but also to be expected, though traffic sounds are quite minimal overnight. Would've liked a shuttle service to the airport (as most surrounding hotels offer!)

This is our 3rd stay in the last 8 months at the Country Inn and Suites where we spent 3+ nights each time. The affordable suite we stay in each time is vary spacious and quiet. The staff are super accommodating and friendly and make you feel valued as a guest and welcomed "home" each time we have checked in. The included breakfast is a "full" breakfast with all you can eat. The Country Inn & Suites is our "home away from home" whenever we visit Calgary.

Parking lot could have cleaned of snow as it had many lumps and ruts. The breakfast hours during the week could have been extended by 30 minutes to 10AM. Otherwise everything was great staying here.

The Inn is located in an ideal location for easy access to main connecting roads. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating to almost any request and need of their guests. Whenever visiting Calgary we stay at the "Inn" for the comfort and location. The daily "full" breakfast" is a bonus to staying at this location.

Breakfast hours could be a bit longer ....ie: to 10am. Some parts of the Inn need to be updated ....ie: carpet in the main hallways leading to the rooms.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Good facilities with everything you needed. The price was good value. The hotel offers washing machines and dryers which was very helpful. It also had a pool and spa if you wanted

Because we didn't have a car we needed to either uber, taxi or walk and unfortunately it is at least a 25 minute walk to the train station. There isn't really anything nearby but it was convenient for our 2 night stay

Check-in was quick and courteous. An offer was made to carry my luggage to my room as the elevator was out of service however I declined as I was on the second floor. The gesture was appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was pleasant and I liked the variety.

The hotel is starting to show it's wear and may need a refresh but I understand with coming out of COVID the industry was harmed for an extended period and it will take time to recover the lost revenue.

A satisfactory overnight stay, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, 2nd stay in 10 days, need for updates maybe on the room carpets, desk chairs towels wearing a little thin, and new linens wouldn't go amiss, by no means a complaint as what was there was clean and presentable, on both occasions I found all the staff friendly, and the gentleman on reception when checking in was very helpful indeed, willing to help guests with luggage due to an elevator problem, he went above and beyond, he is a credit to his employers, when good staff are hard to find this guy is a gem, will be back next time we visit Calgary.

The room was pretty big and the AC was working perfectly fine. The lady at the restaurant was so friendly and charming! she deserves a raise.

The housekeeper didn't clean up they just take the garbage out! Also not the best welcoming by the receptionist. not enough shampoo for a couple.

The room was an upgrade and it was to our liking, room was in the quite area of the Inn. breakfast was very good, the lady that took care of the buffet even offer to make waffles for us.

There was no lift but we managed only one flight of stairs. Need the exercise anyway didn't have much luggage. All was good at the Inn.

The breakfast was great. The room was larger than we expected and the bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that they only cleaned the room every 3 days. We were there for 4 nights and I had to ask to have the room cleaned. They did a partial clean, but that was not acceptable. Other than that there were no other complaints.
