The rooms were very clean and updated. The pool was amazing! There was a huge selection for the breakfast buffet, unfortunately we made it right for the very end (our fault not theirs, I misread the times) so the kids got sugar cereal and fruit but the spread looked like it would've been amazing, eggs, pancakes, the works!

The parking lot was horrendous, there wasn't enough spots and all the spaces were so tight and crowded, you could hardly maneuver around. There wasn't really anything close by for food options, but you could find a few within a 5 minute drive so not too bad!

The king rooms with spa tub. Very clean and modern. Pool is warm and great for a swim. Breakfast is yummy, lots of selection.

We stayed here in early Dec and got room 101 which is basically a suite. We booked the same thing "king room with spa tub" this week and got room 105. It's tiny and the doors and walls are water damaged badly from messy bathtubers. We paid $5 more. Kinda disappointed we didn't get the same room, as we thought that was THE room. Also the heat didn't work from the wall panel, and the staff had to bust open the old school dials on the wall unit so we could get heat.

Clean, pool was great. Spacious room. The coffee in the room was good, the showers are great. The use of dove products is fantastic. The view was decent. I love the door between the bedroom and sitting area

The front staff wasn't very friendly to us until the shift change. The woman working the morning after was very kind and sweet to my children. The woman working June 4th evening seemed annoyed by my childrens presence and got visually annoyed by my minor credit card issue.

staff was friendly and professional. hotel room was comfortable and breakfast was good. My kids were happy and enjoyed the stay. we are regular customer of Holiday inn and would prefer to stay at holiday in in future too.

We enjoyed our stay. only sofa bed in family suits could be improved. Also washroom supplies are limited for a family suit. rest was excellent. Especially staff was nice and friendly.

We were a large group (13) coming back from Banff and flying out of Calgary - we arrived around 7pm and left at 4am. We booked because they could accommodate 5 in a room. The staff were EXCELLENT - efficient and well-prepared for the large group. Because we left so early (4am) they made 13 "to go bags" for breakfast, which were varied and excellent. They also had taxis organized for us for our 4am departure.

The room was a good size for our family of five. Very clean and a good location close to the zoo/spark Telus centre. The pool was warm and fun for the kids. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was decent.

The breakfast could have offered more healthier options. Etc multigrain bread, eggs bites with peppers, cut up seasonal fruit, plain Greek yogurt.

Fantastic hotel with the most beautiful family rooms, couldn't have asked for more after a long flight. They were extremely clean with more than enough amenities for a large family. Breakfast choices were great and had something for everyone and all the staff, including the male manager went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend more.

Breakfast had a lot of variety. Would be nice to see more gluten free options or labels stating what might have dairy/gluten containing. Almost every friend I have has some sort of dietary restriction. My kiddo loved the pancake maker but it really got held up when one guest made more than two pancakes at a time.

Bathroom was not clean upon arrival—I had to clean the toilet seat and there was long black curly hair on the Kleenex box.

Loved the renovations- comfy bed- quality sheets- everything so nice and fresh and new!!!!

My parents were in a room 312 (across the hall) the shower was broken in their room so they had to shower late that night in my room ( and I had to be up at 4:00 to catch the shuttle to the airport) quite disruptive for me as I had so little sleep!

location was great with available parking, rooms were big ( loved the small sink next to the coffee station ) and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up for breakfast. I got to breakfast late but I was accommodated by a very pleasant young lady who was busy re-stocking the refrigerator for the next day.

I didn’t like that parts of the shower tile area close to the floor looked moldy.
