Clean.

Air conditioner was frozen solid and during the unthawing process it flooded the room soaking some of our clothes and there was no facility to dry them. Moved to new room and the sink tap flooded twice overnight soaking everything on the counter, toilet paper and floor. Again bad air conditioning unit. Poor ventiation in bathroom, no usb plugs and the available ac socket was worn out so I couldnt charge my phone. Breakfast was not worth eating. Coffee weak, hashbrowns were cardboard and sausages were digusting. We ate in the lounge on the first night and it was not much better. The front desk apologised but offered no compensation. The Super 8 down the road was better in many ways. Same company.

The staff were helpful and Shiraz on the night desk was friendly and offered helpful advice on our stay. Bill, the hotel’s shuttle driver was also very friendly and pointed out the numerous dining options within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast is pretty basic, but sufficient: boiled eggs, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, apples and excellent fresh coffee.

It’s an inexpensive airport hotel in a great location that offers nice rooms and comfortable beds with free breakfast. I’d definitely recommend it to other travellers.

The room was very nice with comfortable bed. West facing window allows afternoon/evening sun. Desk clerk/manager was very helpful. Several restaurants within walking distance ( although when I was there the Wendy's was closed ( looked permanently or at least til Reno's were done). The shuttle to and from the airport is a bonus and their driver was very nice.

The hotel sits at a very busy crossroad so traffic is steady but you're back far enough that it doesn't really affect your stay

This was the second book of the day, I booked another hotel pretty advance but couldn't dare stay there was very disgusting. And then I found this super 8 hotel. It was clean and the receptionist he was very friendly. He gave me 4th floor room but that time, the elevator is not working. So I favour if he can give me the closer room as I have a child. And he upgraded me to 2nd floor. I am very satisfied.

Breakfast very good, excellent selection and well stocked. Front desk staff excellent, very helpful and polite. Laundry great idea very useful for me.

A couple of things in the bedroom and bathroom not cleaned well. I don’t think the location accurately described distance to airport. Shuttle to the airport finished at 11.30am and for me personally this was disappointing as my flight was at 10pm I had to call a friend.

This super 8 was great hotel in a nice room. The location was nice and close to Calgary airport. Breakfast was pretty nice. More importantly, the manager on duty Ms. Priti was such an amazing human being, kind and welcoming. She welcomed us with a big smile. Then she gave lots of information on things to do, food etc. Always such a pleasure to interact with such wonderful people.

The room was better than expected.

The description on your site stating it was just over 3 miles from the airport is totally wrong. I based my search on distance from the airport and it was close to triple the stated distance resulting in a lot longer getting there and a large taxi bill. That distance needs to be stated more honestly.

Great location, easy access, and free breakfast is a huge bonus. Staff were friendly enough and facilities were tidy but not dusted. Would stay again for a single night stay if ever needing to stop over in Calgary. Wifi was strong and rooms were of average size. Mini fridge in the room was a great touch

We stayed on the first floor and the kids running upstairs were very loud. Amenities were bare minimum, no tea kettle available and coffee could be improved. Extremely noisy being right next to a major roadway so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

You have to close the curtains at all times if you don’t want to be seen by people on the parking lot, which leaves no natural light in the room. The light from the parking filters through the curtains at night. The breakfast coffee is disgusting ! The room smelled of cold tobacco.

Free airport shuttle, friendly staff, all basics needed were there: clean bed, tv, coffee machine, and provided breakfast. Was close to fast food and other shops/food places.

Walls are thin so could hear other guests, also under the furniture had not been cleaned (found some items a previous guest must have lost).
