comfortable food at the hotel restaurant was good

very long wait for the shuttle at the airport. instead of calling the driver after our request for a pickup, staff message him on whats app - which he can’t access when driving. ridiculous way to contact someone who is driving and very inefficient. for heavens sake people, pick up the phone and call him. hotel is in in industrial area and seemed a bit dodgy. fair walk to the shops and train to the city

Incredibly comfortable bed and wonderful linen. Service in the bar was friendly and professional.

Check-in was a little ‘off-hand’; not quite rude, but not quite warm and welcoming either. As a corporate / airport hotel this is disappointing: corporate guests expect a friendly face as standard and weary travellers very much appreciate it - especially if they have liaised in advance with special requests (which, incidentally were not mentioned at all)

The staff were friendly and the room was nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was not very nice, and the hot tub was out of service. Not a huge problem, it's just that nobody told us, and in fact we were told at check-in that the hot tub is open until 11, but when we got there it was closed and drained with a sign saying out of service. Again, not a huge problem, I just kind of wish we had have been told that when we checked in, instead of getting in our bathing suits and being excited and learning that when we entered the pool. It's a bit more expensive than some other hotels in the area, and does not include breakfast with the rooms, and I think next time I will try a different place.

No free breakfast, hot tub was drained and broken, price for room was okay, but I think that there are better options in the area

Friendly staff, shuttle service was fantastic, hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance while we were there but they'd arranged for us to have access at a hotel next door and it was great they'd thought to arrange that rather than us miss out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good location with cheap and more expensive dining options within walking distance (McDonalds, Tim Hortons and then also some restaurants). Price seemed very good for the quality of hotel. Free tea and coffee in the lobby.

One of the best room organization and layout I've seen in years. There is a good emphasis on using vertical space efficiently, while keeping the rest of the room in an open concept layout. The non-distracting color scheme chosen also makes the ambient atmosphere that much more relaxing. The best thing I like is the long and spacious work bench, which allows ample space for laying out your laptop, chargers, headphones, documents etc. while still leaving plenty of open space. Furniture, including the work bench, were topnotch with a solid feel without feeling bulky. The near floor to ceiling large windows with double shades makes the view out of the window quite spectacular, especially at night, even if the view itself isn't that much to speak of.

The second time I checked in, I received a room without a working fridge or a telephone, but was promptly moved to another room on contacting the front desk.

the laundry was small with only one working washing machine, the restaurant was overpriced and understaffed. snack area was extremely limited and overpriced and the pool was closed for repairs.

Be careful somehow i was charged for extra movie in room service ... maybe some button on the remote is pressed unknowingly... also they provide just 1 bottle per room for drinking. It can be atleast 2 or based on room member size ...

We stayed at your facility after we landed in Calgary. We got into town earlier than anticipated and they allowed us to do an early check in. The facilities were clean and great! We enjoyed staying at this facility as it was closely located to the airport, food, and rental camper van facility.

Really like shuttle service to and from Airport. Love the pillows would love to purchase a set of pillows from hotel. Not sure who to talk to about that. Always get good night sleep. Would recommend hotel

Always had breakfast included but this time not even though said breakfast included on website. Sheets could be less starchy as l like softer feel on skin. Not having breakfast included Complimentary coffee could be fresher and hotter. Like half and half not lowfat milk yuck

This was my second stay at this place, and I wasn't disappointed. This will be my first choice to book the next time I go to Calgary. It also helps that there are usually open parking spots close to the elevator

Some extra coffee creamers and a decaf coffee pack would have been nice, but other than that, so far so good.
