I think the service staff was amazing. They were very accommodating with our requests! I always loved Hotel Arts when it first opened up. I didn’t get the chance to eat at Yellow Door, but we enjoyed Social Club. We didn’t make it to the pool this trip. The beds were comfy. I love SKOAH, so I loved the fact you had SKOAH products! I loved the black out curtains - it made it so much easier to sleep. Lots of charging ports and plug-ins.
The loudness of the hotel guests next to us. The walls are quite thin. We had two separate guests in the room next to us who were quite loud. The staff was able to help us with the first rounds of guests. The second round was only noisy in the afternoon, so that didn’t bug us! That would be the only complaint. However, I guess it is a pool party kind of destination and “Chasing Summer” was also occurring. So a much younger party crowd is to be expected. Also, no microwave? But that’s ok.

Hotel Arts is the perfect place for exploring the city centre of Calgary. It is located in the heart of the city, with the main attractions/city centre in walking distance. The staff, especially at the reception, is super friendly and helpful, gave us great recommendations and supported all our needs. The pool area is really great too and allows for some hours away from the huzzle and buzzle of the city life. As for the rooms, our double room was really spacious and the AC worked well to make sure the atmosphere is cozy. All in all a really great stay and I highly recommend Hotel Arts for exploring the city!
You should really book your pool time, because unfortunately you can only stay at the pool for around three hours, as the pool area is rather small.

The staff went over and above and made our stay more enjoyable than I thought possible. We had a glitch in our movie and they comped it ans sent up Maintenance, who quickly fixed the issue. we had a do not disturb sign in order that we do not get housekeeping and then we got a phone call asking if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arts! The purpose of our stay was a girly staycation and have a pool day and the atmosphere in the pool is cozy and warm and totally met our expectation.

Very convenient location. Close to the BMO centre where we need to be. Lots of restaurants close by. Hotel was very nice. Staff was very helpful. Nice large bathroom sink counter to layout things. We didn’t use housekeeping as we had the “do not disturb” sign on the whole time but the hotel made sure that we are aware that they did not clean our room because of the sign and that they are there until 9 pm if we need service.
Tub was small and slippery. No microwave in the room. Not many power outlet available in the room.

Close proximity to downtown. The restaurant has outstanding food. Breakfast was spectacular. Very attentive, staff / Management / Valet Parking Staff / Waitresses in the restaurant.
This hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Power wheelchair did not fit through the door of my hotel room. But I must commend management for coming up with a quick solution to store my power wheelchair in their office after my care staff got me into my room. Another recommendation I would add to management is to have a showerhead that has an on and off button and a holder so it’s easier for handicapped individuals to shower themselves.

The staff was amazing, attentive, and always helpful. As the hotel had a lower capacity that day, we received a free upgrade. The room was clean, beautifully appointed, and had a great view of downtown calgary. It's been amazing to watch the Skyline grow and change. The light show from the buildings at night was spectacular. There was a TV in the bathroom mirror so I could watch a movie while I soaked in the deep tub. The pool was spectacular, and the area was heated from both fire tables and outdoor heaters. The water was warmed but a nice refreshing temperature after the heat inside the pool room. It felt tropical. The wait staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. We felt truly pampered and refreshed after our weekend staycation getaway. It's a beautiful hotel.
There was nothing not to like. It was an amazing stay in a lovely little area of downtown Calgary. Even the parking was free and underground.

Super helpful staff, Krutuja particularly helped us out when we left something in the bedroom and had to come back for it. Nice pool and bar area. Rooms reasonable size as far as double queen rooms go. Bathroom and toiletries good.
Pool area is small so seats/tables often need to be reserved, and also used by non-residents. Doesn't feel like you can just turn up and have a drink by the pool as a hotel guest, without needing to be seated.

Location is great, walking distance to the Tower, great restaurants, and shopping. You can walk to the hockey game. Rooms are comfortable. Tea and coffee and a fridge. Beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff was GREAT!
I would like to see some different menu options. Not a lot to choose from and the food was sub-par. We had better food across the street.

It is located in a strategic area of Calgary, the Hotel Arts, where Chic and Comfort meet. It offers guests an unforgettable stay enriched with spacious accommodations, impeccable service, and delightful culinary experiences. If you have the opportunity to spend time by the pool, even if you don't go for a swim, the atmosphere will leave you relaxed after a work day. My recent visit to this hotel left me thoroughly impressed.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Location is good, close to station and downtown with many different options for food. The facility is very nice, nice room and lovely tea and coffees. The deco is Morden. The restaurant is super nice with nice food and kind staff. The reception would go an extra mile to help. The outdoor pool is very nice, my kid loved it.
Nothing for the hotel, but the street was a little bit noisy at night. We came at the time they were doing some work on the balcony so there was construction noise from 11am on.
