Close proximity to downtown. The restaurant has outstanding food. Breakfast was spectacular. Very attentive, staff / Management / Valet Parking Staff / Waitresses in the restaurant.

This hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Power wheelchair did not fit through the door of my hotel room. But I must commend management for coming up with a quick solution to store my power wheelchair in their office after my care staff got me into my room. Another recommendation I would add to management is to have a showerhead that has an on and off button and a holder so it’s easier for handicapped individuals to shower themselves.

Location is good, close to station and downtown with many different options for food. The facility is very nice, nice room and lovely tea and coffees. The deco is Morden. The restaurant is super nice with nice food and kind staff. The reception would go an extra mile to help. The outdoor pool is very nice, my kid loved it.

Nothing for the hotel, but the street was a little bit noisy at night. We came at the time they were doing some work on the balcony so there was construction noise from 11am on.

Clean, comfortable, attentive friendly staff and lovely pool area. We were there during the stampede (so very busy), but this never impacted their service.

Found having to book a space by the pool in advance annoying. And even when we did this we were taken to lower grade seats out of the sun) although we changed them. I wonder if the best seats were being saved for their high spending/tipping customers - which isn’t good when the pool area is for everyone. Loved the free bike rental set up - hotel should do this!

I loved the rooms. Extremely comfortable

The pool was very busy and gave off a boozy party vibe which I didn’t like. Once you check out Wi-Fi is taken away. This was irritating as my phone wasn’t working in Canada so I couldn’t call an Uber to the airport. Staff were pleasant and helped with everything but could tell they were at work and didn’t really want to be there. More concerned about rushing back to their convos. A guy who helped stall my bag was sweet though.

Well located and comfortable place to stay.

We were unable to use the pool on a weekday afternoon because it was too crowded with people who were not guests at the hotel. I believe that pool usage priority should be given to hotel guests before allowing non guests to purchase access to the pool. We chose this hotel because of the pool and feel that we did not receive the value we paid for.

Art Hotel provided us with a stand alone mini holiday as we wound up our week long adventure in Canmore/Banff. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The artsy vibe of the hotel and time at the pool were fantastic - water was the perfect temperature, beautiful - open to the sky, lit up surroundings in the evening, comfy furniture and top notch service. It felt like we were at a high end resort. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel is easy walking distance to downtown. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The pool staff who great and seat need a fan blowing on them as the area they stand seems dangerously hot - take care of these people as they are making your hotel look great! A ramp option (as opposed to stairs) for accessibility and when carting heavy luggage from underground parking into lobby is recommended. A chair for seating on balcony would be great as well as refinishing balconies to match interior artsy vibe of hotel would be very cool indeed.

beautiful large rooms, clean and comfortable.

I purchased the room with breakfast included. was told we get a $25 each to use in restaurant but when we went for breakfast they only had a brunch option for $65 a person! ridiculous price for breakfast!!! they did not tell me about the brunch only that day. we refused to pay $130 for a few eggs and pastries! They did offer a $50 credit on our next stay.

Very good hotel in a central location in downtown Calgary. we took 2 queen beds bedroom and it was very comfortable and large enough. There is a swimming pool which is very nice. There is a large parking under the building which is free of charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is quiet basic and cappuccino is not included (extra of 6$..)

The room was spacious and the bed was huge. Very modern. Great location - 5 minute walk to Calgary Tower. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were very friendly.

The shower and toilet were behind a glass wall and the sink was in the bedroom. If one of you needed the bathroom at night, the whole bedroom was lit up.
