There wasn't a thing I didn't like. Diana and Larry were welcoming, friendly, kind, accommodating, funny and all the positive adjectives! I am new to Canada and felt very homesick and sad, but just seeing their bright and happy faces in the morning brightened up my mood. Diana is also a fantastic cook and Larry tells the best stories. Diana's mom was really cool and funny too. I miss their cats and their dog already, and I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the view was great, the food was great, the company was amazing and everything was perfect!!

It was such an inviting and hospitable atmosphere as soon as I stepped through their door. They have the cutest pets 😍 who are so well behaved and loved. The location was perfect, I was only 10 minutes away from my destination. I had my own private room/upstairs as there were no other guests at this time and my room/bathroom was clean, I had a great sleep as the bed was comfy, room temperature was perfect,super quiet and I woke up to the smell of homemade bread!!! Breakfast was unreal, there menu was huge and all tasty options I struggled choosing just one thing so she customized a breakfast for me..poached eggs,fresh fruit and homemade toast. This was my first time staying in a B&B and it was the greatest experience, the Dewberry Homestay gets a 5 star from me!! Thank you again for everything :)

It's beyond my expectation!Very nice house!super clean,good location,super quiet!i slept like a baby!very comfortable!excellent breakfast!(with matching menu that you could choose and they will cook your breakfast whatever in the menu which includes fresh eggs,bacon,sausage,etc.and lots of fruits!)and on top of that Larry and wife were so kind and treated us like their family!it feels like we are in a 5 star hotel!I can't wait to come back and stay at your house again!definitely i will recommend to all my friends and family to stay in your airbnb!!thank you so much for spoiling us and for all the freebies!!!

We were greeted by the most friendliest couple imaginable and welcomed into their home straight away. Our room was comfortable, great sized for two of us and was very clean as well. The shared bathroom was spotless and we were very grateful for a hot shower after days on the road. Lots of parking space and a cute neighbourhood. The location for us was excellent, its within walking distance to west Edmonton mall as well as the bus line into downtown Edmonton. The best part about our stay were the conversations with Larry & Diana over the beautiful breakfast prepared by the master chef Diana. This lovely couple went above and beyond for us and made our stay in Edmonton an amazing experience. We could not leave this review and not mention how happy we were when we seen Amiko & the ladies 🐱 🐶

The breakfast was outstanding! A wonderful choice of hot meals cooked just for us. Fresh fruit, tasty food presented in a very pleasing manner. Delicious and filling! I didn't need to eat lunch :) The room and home were very clean, our hosts were friendly and welcoming.

The beds could use a memory foam, but we still slept very well all the same. Our hosts indicated that they are in the process of upgrading the mattresses.

Larry and Diana were superb hosts. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay. It was lovely chatting with them, and receiving tips for local dining/entertainment options. We also enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options each day! Would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast if you're looking for a place to stay in Edmonton.

Nice neighbourhood, a cozy room, and very lovely people to talk to when you get a chance. Diana made exceptional breakfast, and it was a pleasure having them as hosts. I especially liked their pets, how clean everything was and how accommodating they were. :)

A true Bed and Breakfast, managed by a couple, Larry and Diana. The room was clean and comfortable with private bathroom (toilet and sink). The breakfast was exceptional with several choices. It’s the closest a visitor could stay to the West Edmonton Mall if that’s your interest. Diana actually did an emergency laundry for us as well. Larry carried our suitcases.
