We're two disappointing things were the breakfast. There was no oatmeal, very little and no frozen fruits. The bread was very plain, even the whole wheat bread. The gym was not great. There were very few tiny weights, two weights of 5 pounds and only one weight of 10 pounds, and I can’t remember if they had 15 or it skipped to 20, but they should be restuck at most minuscule two consequences for each. Other than it was a great place to stay.

The front desk staff were excellent ! Not only friendly but very kind and helpful. That is rare to find these days. Room was spotless and spacious. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on.

Breakfast was only just fair .Many of the items were needing to be refilled or not available the several times we went. The staff boiled their sausage patties instead of grilled or fried!! They were in a container of water and not browned The toaster took 5 rounds to get the toast slightly toasted! Observed most items were less than half filled by staff For example only 2or 3 bananas put out or a few yorgurts at a time. This happened at all the breakfast times we did during our stay This actually prevents and frustrates people who need to leave and end up not even having breakfast which they pay for!!!

location was convenient, as we were visiting my parents who live nearby. room was comfortable, and pretty quiet.

it’s not the worst thing, as we’re pretty private, but to get coffee in the room, you have to go down to the front desk and ask for extra, or for more every day. they don’t restock daily. Also not a fan of having to pay 5$ a day to connect to wifi for extra devices.

Breakfast was very good, variety of items, staff was attentive and did a great job. Check in and check out was quick and I liked how an itemized receipt was emailed to us. The location is handy to shops and restaurants and we especially liked the quietness even though the hotel is on a main street. We liked everything.

No complaints.

Clean entrance when you walk in, friendly front desk staff. Met some housekeepers in the hallways, they were friendly and welcoming. Room was meticulously clean and comfortable. The entire hotel was sparkling clean. Great job housekeeping dept!!

I liked everything. I have no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

The pool/slide, cleanliness, bathroom in the suite. The area is new it looks like and I wasn’t expecting that, was happy overall.

I’d almost make this my main go-to hotel, after a long day it is nice to decompress in a jacuzzi, thought it was a little odd there wasn’t one in the pool area. If there was one, I’d give it an 11 out of 10!

This was a great hotel to stay in. It was affordable! The little market was a helpful addition. There are lovely restaurants within walking distance.

There was nothing that needed improvement. We were 100% pleased!

Great hotel for families. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff! The kids loved the pool as well. We would book again.

The only downside is the breakfast wasn’t stocked well on our second morning. We waited for a bit but had to get going so my kids just had some cereal.

The location was very easy to get to, the bed was absolutely incredible… Best sleep I’ve had in years. And the pool was so much fun. The breakfast was amazing

My bathroom sink was clogged, but not to the point where I wanted to bother cleaning staff. They were so nice so I waited until we left to advise of the problem

Liked breakfast, room was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was great, and close to restaurants and stores. We even found a lovely park nearby for a walk.

We realize Covid has made it difficult for every business, so the low supply of toilet paper, a cheezy under couch and needing to get coffee packs for room, were really not an inconvenience
