Eastglen Inn

I haven’t stayed here in 20+ years and it’s sure has changed. Way better. Great comfortable beds and pillows. I was super surprised and will be back.

Staff there go out of there way to get you settled in and comfterble as fast as the can the clerk when I checked in was so understanding and helpful she made me see there was still good people out there in this world willing to help the customers be able to have an excellent time and made it possible for me and my husband to enjoy our nigh out thanks

Nothing to like

Clean Room, Great Service. I recently stayed at a hotel and had a great experience with both the room cleanliness and customer service. The room was spotless when I arrived. The customer service was exceptional as well. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with excellent customer service.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable especially after a long day of being at the hospital. Staff were lovely and when I called to let them know we’d be checking in later than expected they were very understanding which was appreciated

The toilet might’ve had a flush issue as after flushing we could hear it doing the thing where it sounds like water is filling in the tank until you jiggle the handle a few times and it stops (sorry not very technical I know) but otherwise it was perfect for what we needed

The television turned on I left the remote with the lady at the front Two days ago First she said some one must have left their remote Then phoned back and said she was mistaken I said never mind keep it One hotel I stayed a Stanger used my towels I think I was stalked By some one and the hotel think Doing this to single women is funny It is not Just one opinion Other wise I like this hotel

The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was cheap which is always good. It was also very close to where I was working for the weekend which was awesome.

The airconditioning was very loud which made it hard to sleep at times. The wifi was difficult to use. It constantly disconnected which can be a real pain.

The room I had was more moralessa sweet instead of a plane room it had a near full size fridge extremely extremely comfortable bed and it's own bedroom The location was absolutely amazing as it was one block away from the L rt station and direct view front of my room 40' away was a bus stop

There wasn't much I didn't like but didn't like about this hotel at all other than if you don't get it at the right time it can be very expensive as well as 12 as the staff are at least the ones I experienced weren't the friendliest

the location was excellent close to everything. wasn’t as noisy as I thought being on a busy street. The staff was amazing very concerned if you had everything you needed and quick to replenish anything you asked for. great and quick response during booking. no credit card needed if you pay at the desk.

dogs howling two nights in a row upstairs kind of annoying.

Great service all around from everyone especially the night manager who watched over us when we went out to the cars in the evening. The beds and pillows were great and we loved what a quick easy walk it was to the Expo grounds. We have been apprehensive because of the neighbourhood but there were several safety measures in place and we felt very comfortable and secure.

rented a kitchenette- would have been nice to have dish soap for dishes, coffee grinds and filters for coffee, and/or tea bags in the room to go with the coffee maker. Muffins and coffee was nice for the continental breakfast but would have been nice for a little more for options.
