Holiday Inn Lethbridge, an IHG Hotel

The kids loved the pool, rooms were accommodating and spacious, location was good. Business center was convenient for working on the go. Staff were above and beyond, very polite and courteous, kudos.

Pool was ok, though there were restrictions and extra fees. Going through renovations, one elevator working, breakfast was included but had to go next door, was not all inclusive and also required some cash in the end. High traffic area, be prepared to hear the roar of cat backs flooring it at the lights ✌🏼

It was a great room, freshly updated and the beds were super comfortable. Lots of space for a family. My kids were very excited when they saw the indoor/outdoor waterslide and the wave pool. We were relieved that there was a restaurant on site because we were tired and hungry from travelling all day.

The pool was busy so it wasn't very clean, I was finding hair whenever I put my hands into the water. The restaurant on site was very disappointing. The food was poor for the price and the service was very slow. The morning breakfast was even worse, we ordered a simple breakfast of eggs, toast and fruit. The eggs were overcooked, the toast was over buttered and the fruit wasn't fresh. It was easily the worst meal we ate our entire holiday.

The waterslides were great lots of fun for all ages swimmingpool wave pool and a play area for small children .the staff was friendly and helpful .

We stayed in the queen suite which had two queen beds and a pullout couch which we had intended to put the children but the couch mattress was way to small and therefore was way to dangerous for the children to sleep on so I had to sleep on it definitely not intended for adults .

There was no breakfast. The attached restaurant does not open for breakfast. It was conveniently located to the other hotel that the crew traveling to the feedlot tours was at. There were a number of shops and restaurants located nearby

A breakfast buffet or an attached restaurant that was open for breakfast. Another option is to develop a relationship with Tim Hortons and offer coupons for coffee and breakfast. Vending machine and ice dispenser could have been located on the first floor for persons staying in business rooms.

Location was good. Near Shoppers and Safeway and lots of food options nearby. The waterpark is amazing for kids. Tony Romas was inside the building so no need to go outside which is nice in Winter or when its Raining.

I wasnt informed that deposits through debit needs to be refunded in person during takeout. Got the call midway to Calgary and was told I need to go back and there is no other way to refund it. I had to call twice and suggests different ways on how i can get the 250$ deposit back without having to drive all the way back to Lethbridge. The staff was nevertheless helpful and apologetic but had to insist im not driving r hours with a 1 yr old to bet the deposit. In the end they agreed but i have to wait 15 business days. Too much hassle but will go back here if we are to go back to Lethbridge.

The staff were warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to not charge us for our first night as a highway closure prevented us from being able to check in that day. Could not be more pleased with the level of customer service. Additionally, the room was clean, the beds weee comfortable, and the living room and bedroom in our suite were spacious.

Having the sink in a common area rather than with the tub and toilet isn’t the ideal for traveling families. I couldn’t brush my teeth or wash my face without disturbing the little ones sleeping on the sofabed in the living room. Not annoyed by it, per se, but it was the one factor that was less than ideal.

This is our go to hotel when we need to stay in Lethbridge. The pool is great, and this is our daughters favourite hotel we stay at across western canada.. We also love how comfortable the rooms are.

There's not much to note here. The luggage carts were awful (broken wheels), but that's not a huge deal. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were nice. The front desk clerk was amazing! She comped the room for one of the nights due to the fact we weren’t informed things weren’t working! And we decided to stay an extra night because of her and the water slides were fixed! So because of this I would highly recommend this hotel!

They neglected to tell us the water slides were not working and neither was the water park. that was why we booked this particular place! It started working the last day! The kids were so disappointed!

Surprise that the waterslides were open at 9am as we were told 2pm by the front desk on checkin and that it's also a wave pool. We usually have bad luck with hotels, so this was awesome. Clean, comfortable and very nice room. Kids eat free breakfast if you're in by a certain time, but we slept in and just went to the pool. Will stay there again.

Free continental breakfast and this would be the perfect hotel in the world

Beautiful rooms, affordable and the pool was great.

They could use a continental breakfast, or atleast coffee, Also the slides/wave pool that are heavily advertised are only available with a lifeguard which is not on duty all the time. Either post the functioning hours or at least explain it. Finally if you have a room booked with a sofa bed, the bedding should be in the room.
