Regular motel, but very clean and close to everything. I changed my room to one with only one bed, but maybe that was not so smart, as this room was on the ground floor and so much more exposed. But it was comfortable and big enough. Had all the things one needed including coffee maker. I liked the free coffee all day and evening. Breakfast was ok.

The card access was not working many times. But as I was next to the reception, it was no problem. Maybe they are not used to people staying more than one night.?

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I'd give them a 10 out of ten. Breakfast was good. Waffles, toast and pastries, yogurt, etc.

It's a very old building. No elevator. The stairs are really steep and small so carrying luggage up and down was awkward. The floors were extremely squeaky and I felt sorry for the people below us. Tip - make sure you do get on the top floor otherwise I'm sure it's noisy below.

The rooms are spotless!, The beds are really, really comfortable. And the breakfast - included are WAFFLES, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cold cereals. I was impressed by the selection! All of this is included in the room rate, which was reasonable.

Beware the stairs; ask for a room on the main floor. The stairs are steep and seem to go forever, and there is a small door at the top of the stairs that makes it almost impossible to get through while dragging your luggage.

The room was comfortable, the bed good. Breakfast was only continental but it was fine. The property is just off a main road but there is a nice park and Japanese Gardens just over the road

You have to drive to get to downtown Lethbridge. There is no lift in the property and the stairs are narrow so be careful lugging luggage up and down!

Good value and location. Easy walk to Nikka Yuko Japanese garden & big municipal park also golf course. Staff competent & friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Room with 2 queen beds was very small, but beds were comfortable.

The staff!! Leny(?), the young woman working the front desk when I arrived, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The two young women on duty the next morning were also great. You’ve got great staff and friendly guests.

The sink barely drained and the carpet was stained. It was probably clean, but the stains made it look nasty

Location, set up of motel and staff were very nice. Very playful and polite with my little guy! All and all a great motel for the price and reasoning for my stays. It's the second time we've stayed and both times were great.

Room not being cleaned and breakfast wasn't that great. But expected for the price. Better then nothing Like I said the only downfall was out of the 3 nights we stayed my room wasn't cleaned once and the garbage were full and beds not made or towels replaced. I talked to the housekeeping manager the last night I was there and she was very apologetic and amazing about it so I'm thankful for her. She did the best she could to make it better for the last night. She changed the garbage and gave me towels. So I appreciated that. It wasn't a big deal tho and didn't change the score of the hotel because the staff made up for it.

Free continental breakfast was great. Rooms were good. I have no complaints

Beds are kind of hard. But still comfortable. Room could use a bit of a deep clean but were an acceptable level of cleanliness Should have some kind of accessibility for rooms on the second floor for those with mobility issues

No built in USB plug-ins in the room. Most rooms nowadays have some sort of charger in the room but in this case the reception desk could not even provide one even to buy. The breakfast area was a little too small for the number of guests. The room was too dark with no light switch near the outside door.

Excellent coffee and muffins for breakfast. The room was large and the TV worked well. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

No elevator to the second floor. I had to carry my suitcase up and down a narrow staircase. I'm 73......really unsafe. Next time I'll book the ground floor.
