The room was lovely, the courtyard very pretty to look at, and the service was excellent in every role. I didn't eat in their Italian dinner restaurant, but the food in the courtyard was basic if a bit overpriced.

There were lots of screaming children pretty constantly in the pool area. On my last night I went down with my daughter for some hot tub time between 9:30 and 10 pm (they close at 10) and it was still very noisy, kids splashing us in the pool etc. I'd suggest having some dedicated adult only hours. Also at the time I booked the room I chose was the best price option that was offered on Booking.com but it was well over my budget. During my stay I received an offer from the hotel for $60 less per night for a future visit so perhaps that's a better way to book.

The rooms are around a courtyard with a pool, greenery, and a breakfast facility which is beautiful! Breakfast must be purchased but the food was very tasty and service excellent. They brewed a pot of decaffeinated coffee for me which was spectacular. Because coffee is a special treat for me now, it has to be good and this was so enjoyable!

There was a loud groaning noise from somewhere near my room, my guess is the ice machine. My shower water was cold. It was a holiday so my advice is to take your shower at night!

The location and the service offered by Front Desk Clerk, Hailey was fantastic. She should get a raise or a promotion or both. I had an issue with the air conditioning being too noisy ( there was a clanky kind of sound in addition to the usual hum of the a/c) in the room I was originally put in. Fortunately, she was able to put me in a different room which helped me relax after a long drive. She also helped me with a new key card when I accidentally locked myself out of my room! Again...5/5 for Hailey!

I find the type of door facing the inner courtyard / pool area a bit odd. Luckily, the curtains block out most of the noise ( of the waterfall and guests). Those doors just remind me of schools and certain institutions where they want to keep people locked in. Very cold and uninviting. Maybe you should put in patio doors to give that tropical vibe I'm assuming you're going for? The room I ended up staying in, as well as sections of the 2nd floor hallway, could use some cosmetic touches, but otherwise, the Sandman Signature could become one of the nicer hotel options in Lethbridge. That's only if you keep up to date with the hotel maintenance and for the love of taste and style...get rid of those awful doors facing the inner courtyard! Oh, give Hailey a promotion!

We haven't stayed in the Lodge for years and were very impressed with the upgrades. It is a beautiful hotel, inside and out. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and breakfast in the courtyard; our meals and service were excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

The hot tub wasn't open, which was fine. We likely wouldn't have used it anyway. It looks pretty small and in need of an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel.

Location was excellent for our needs. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. There is a Tims and other restaurants really close by. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Italian Table, was amazing.

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant wasn't great. We had pancakes and they were pre- cooked so the edges were dry and hard but the server was super nice and friendly. Bathrooms are a bit tiny considering the rooms are so big, but not a major concern.

1. there was no continental breakfast, but McDonald’s, Timmy’s, & Wendy’s we’re all within walking distance. 2. the hot tub was closed due to cleaning & the indoor pool wasn’t very warm

The checkin experience was awesome, the room was very clean, and the restaurant was superb (for dinner) 👌

The pool and atrium was one of the reasons we picked this hotel, but it was a bit disappointing. There were only ladders to get in and out rather than steps and the hot tub was so hot you couldn't sit in it. Our corporate king room had a view of the parking lot with street lights so we were forced to use the blackout blinds - but they were very effective! Not ideal if you like to sleep with the blinds open though (like me). No hot breakfast option on site.

Location is excellent with great access from the highway and to the rest of the city It is pet friendly and it worked great for us with our dog - our room on the back wing gave easy access to the back door and open space and walking trails Staff great Microwave and fridge were good

The pool, lobby and open area is a central atrium Our room backed against it so we had no exterior window - and on Friday night there was a lot of noise well after 11

The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and overlooked the beautiful central courtyard. The ambiance in the hotel was wonderful. The Italian restaurant was also very good and the service was great. Will definitely stay here again.

The fan in the room was quite loud so we couldn't use it.

The location is good for access to walking/cycling paths and nearby restaurants. The atrium and pool area was a nice option. We liked the size of the room with the sitting area separate from the bedroom.

The windows at the door to the room were odd. People walking by can see directly into the room. Didn't like the price, it's Lethbridge.
