It was extremely quiet and peaceful. The water pressure in the shower was good and the AC was fast and strong, given the heat. You could also open a window if you wanted for fresh air, which is not always an option with AC. There were garbage bins outside so the room was not cluttered with take-out containers and the maid also gave me some extra small bags for the wastebaskets in the room. The lock on the door was really solid.

You had to go to the Front Desk to get a plug for the bathtub. This is not the property's fault, I was told the guest's steal them and they were forced to institute this policy. The fridge in the suite was turned off and all the lamps and microwave was unplugged, but this is understandable with the current price of electricity as this helps keep the room price affordable.

I like how the flooring is vinyl instead of old musty carpet like most hotels have. It just got everything a solo traveller needed as I did not need anything fancy. The layout of the hotel with individual entrances is ideal for me sometimes. Good assistance from the friendly staff. The location is also close to gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants that can be reached by walking distance.

Had trouble with the tight shower knob that I couldn't open it myself so I had to leave it semi-open and running after staff helped me twice throughout the day. I also did not like how I could hear the stomping noises from the guests upstairs at night.

Staff, location, room being clean, and of coures the price was right for the services supplied

Entrance way into the room has a very small rug so tracking snow and mud onto the tile floor is very hard to protect. This is not the first or the last time we have stayed here, but the continuing problem is controlling the room temperature, the in wall combo heat and A/C units definitely need attention. This was also the only real valid complaint we had as well as other guests we had travelling with us. The only issue I would do not push the breakfast avaliable, it is very limited and they have still not opened up the seating area. We will be back in May with more travellers for a tournament and hope to see some improvements

Free breakfast, nice coffee and muffins. The location is away from the downtown but transportation in this city is great, you can rent Neuron or Bird scooters, pick one a few meters of the hotel and go whenever you want.

The check in was quick and the person at the reception was . helpful . We had a long drive in bad rainy weather and we were tired. He offered bottled of water which was nice. Breakfast is to go, with cereal,milk fresh fruit and coffee, which was fine for us. They don't have coffee tea maker in the room but have coffee at the reception. They were able to keep us in the same suite after we request to extend it. The two bedroom suite was good with its own temperature control. Soft and firm pillows with labels were good.

There was some burnt plastic smell from the newly installed wall heater unit. We needed to ventilate the room few times.

Good price. Quiet. Bed clean and comfortable. Pillows large and some were very lumpy. Adequate for a 1 night stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Heater blasted hot air in seconds, warmed up the room quickly. No carpets, which is so much easier to clean. Didn't check out the breakfast. Went to the restaurant at the Quality Inn next door, Croffels. It was excellent.

Little more attention to cleaning. Dust in corners and a bottle cap on the floor. Badly needs bath tub update. It was yellow and cracked in several places. Didn't use it.

The room, even though basic, was very clean and the shower was fantastic, the best I’ve ever had amongst many many hotels I’ve stayed in. The bed was very comfortable with fresh, , spotless linen. Hotel was close to many food establishments. The management were friendly. Will definitely stay here again when in Red Deer, can’t beat it for the price.

No coffee machine in room.

Thank you so much to Jin and his brother for graciously allowing us to grab a bagged breakfast after the cut-off time and for the slightly later checkout. Your service was excellent and the bed was firm (our preference) and the rooms basic but updated, and the night was quiet. Great value too!

Breakfast slightly beyond 9 am would be convenient and perhaps a slightly quieter A/C unit.

The location was perfect for what we needed to do during our stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate for our needs. We feel we received great value for the money we spent and will return again.

Crumbs left on the chair, the sink had soap film on it from the previous soap bar, the mirror was splattered, the corners of the bathroom need a good scrubbing and the enamel in the tub is cracked.

The lady at front desk was welcoming. I asked for bottom floor and was accomodated. Good location, adequate breakfast for a good rate. I would definitely stay there again.

I tend to like a firm bed and these ones were soft, but that could just be a me problem.
