The bed was nice. The location was good. Thats about all I can say about this. You are asking for more words when there are none to give. Are you kidding me? You say 2 or 3 sentences...... Yet you ask for the whole space to be typed on. This survey sucks just for that reason.

You call yourself Hotel and Casino when there is actually NO Casino. False advertising! We were upgraded apparently to an upper suite on the 8th floor. By 7:00 am the heavy equipment was roaring around pulling up the old asphalt and making a terrible noise. Didn't see that coming!

We had access to the "Gold Room?" for breakfast, snacks and drinks. It was a wonderful set up and the food was excellent. At times it was a bit crowded but it was the Long Weekend! Patricia was working most of the time during our stay and she was amazing, very busy but so friendly and personable. She certainly was working hard! We loved her! Also would like to give a shout out to Nick at the Front Desk who was so welcoming - made us feel we were visiting family!

We were expecting a full casino so were disappointed with just the VLT area. Perhaps I should have done more research on that as it was one of the reasons we chose to book at the hotel. Our room was fine but we did notice noise quite a bit (maybe from air vents or air conditioning), especially in the bathroom. However, we were not in our room a lot and chose not to mention it - so I guess this comment is just FYI and perhaps someone could check the room for excess noise.

Very nice hotel with a very welcoming gentleman on the desk. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice view over some of Red Deer. There is also a pool and boutique shops. Breakfast was very good and filling to set us up for the day. The hotel is being renovated to make it even better. Highly recommended.

Not much we didn't like. Maybe and hopefully they'll put in some dropped curbs from the car park to the hotel to make pulling baggage easier. Only a minor gripe and to be fair maybe we didn't see if there was a better place to cross.

-The view from the room was nice -The layout of the room -The elevator was quick -the staff were very friendly -the complimentary amenities in the club lounge were excellent -hotel was in an excellent location -very quiet/no noise disturbance -our room was very clean -check in times and check out times are nice

-the jacuzzi had a tall side to climb into and no handles or railings to use -property is older and some furnishings need updating -there was no pulled pork to have with the pulled pork poutine, restaurant staff claimed that they called our room to inform us but there was no call. maybe there was a phone issue? but in the end we were given regular poutine and not charged for it.

I liked the entire experience. The lobby area gave me a sense of warmth with oversized comfortable furniture I like the high security in the hotel as a fob is required to use the elevator. The Club Level enhanced the experience as the snacks provided in the Club Suite were equivalent to almost a full meal for breakfast and dinner. This hotel is not pretentious and has a separate entrance for the casino as well as small shops on the main promenade.

The bathtub should have nonskid mats to use as the ceramic is very slippery.

Stayed in a Club access room so had breakfast in the access lounge, the lounge also provides an evening cocktail and snacks when you book the Club access room. Our family member that stayed in a regular deluxe room had a breakfast voucher for the restaurant and she said she ordered and enjoyed an eggs Benedict.

The hotel is not finished construction of the Casino or convention centre so don’t expect it to more than a hotel at this point. It was very good for our one night stay.

New bed, good sized suite

Was placed in much smaller room than was advertised on booking.com We inquired and then were moved to a suite that was the expected size. This was advertised locally and in booking.com as a casino resort, but there was no casino on the premises; nearest casino was miles away. We were given option to play VLT in bar. Our upgraded suite included access to an exclusive club lounge, but food selection was sparse and only 1 drink included. Breakfast selection was also limited.

The food was absolutely delicious (both the lounge and the restaurant). I would absolutely stay here again. Although the property is under construction, it was not noticeable once you get into the hotel.

The new system was confusing for the front desk staff and they double charged me for the incidental deposit. I had to request it be returned. Also, I was not directed to where my room was (there is a tower and another section where rooms are).

Everything was great except the room service, I called down in the morning and ended up being forgotten on the line for over 20 minutes. So hung up and couldn’t call back as the line was still on hold. After an hour I tried back and finally got service. This was the only hiccup in my stay. Otherwise things were very satisfactory!

My family and I love to go places every chance we get. We've stayed in ALOT of hotels this summer. As long as our bills are paid and kids are fed then we just take off. From Calgary we will go anywhere to give our kids different experiences. Anyway, we've stayed at some questionable places. This was our first time at Cambridge and WOW, the staff was super friendly and the rooms were immaculate. I can never really sleep too well in hotels, the beds are not mine so they become very uncomfortable but I slept right through a massive thunder and lightning storm. Being on the 13th floor made it so intense BUT I slept through everything. Even a power outage. Breakfast was super neat. Depending on your booking, it can be included. A $20 voucher was included for each person. I had eggs Benny. That is so unheard of from a "breakfast included" type meal. I was shocked and my kids were excited for the pancakes and 4 sausage each they got. We only stayed 1 night but I've already booked 2 more nights next weekend. Looking forward to it again.
