Reception check in was easy. Ditto for the check out process. Our room had excellent air circulation and was spitspot clean. A Housekeeping staff member went out of her way to help us to our room with the luggage cart and also returned it to the front for us. It's these little kindnesses that stand out and beckon us to stay at this hotel again.

Although the tub was low enough, we could not use the tub or shower because there were no grab bars for safety.

The breakfast was excellent, good selection of standard breakfast foods like cereal, toast, eggs bacon and beans. Expecially loved the little omlettes and cinnamon buns!

I was sad that the pool was not open when we stayed, but it wasn't the hotels fault. It's only been open 3 months and seems like the city permitting department is behind. Looked nice though when I peeked throught the windows. Hopefully next time!

Very new, clean and comfortable. Bed and bedding were lovely! Staff were very helpful. The inclusion of breakfast is good as the hotel is not in the town.

Hotel not really walking distance from main shops and restaurants. Noisy air conditioning via a wall mounted system which we find unusual for a modern hotel. Also noisy fridge. Between those two going on/off at night it affected my sleep.

The rooms and hotel were very clean and brand new. Super comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Lots of options to eat as well. Nice little treats and drinks shop downstairs.

The area isn't walkable to anything other than the casino. A car was needed to get around. The pool wasn't open, but I think that was because the place was so new that it wasn't ready yet.

Room did not get cleaned or made up during 5 day stay. Evening desk staff did not action when informed. Cleaning staff informed on day 4 also ignored request. Asst Mgr reactedquickly. Thank you.

Outstanding front desk staff! After a long day of kayaking and travel, we were greeted by a warm, welcoming, and professional front desk staff member - really a standout professional who went above and beyond! The modern room offered great comfort and amenities. The included breakfast was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very good !

The fan in the room was very noisy ! Most of small appliances were not plugged in ! The clock we plugged in it wouldn’t get off 12 ! The most difficult plug was behind the desk as a 74 yr old senior it was very difficult to plug in on my hands and knees !

Near new hotel so very clean and tidy. Great to have breakfast onsite included although it increases the room price even thought they say 'free breakfast'. Large range of options from cooked to toast and cereal. Very friendly staff. Two comfortable beds in our room. Free parking.

Everything exceeded my expectations. But the shortage of food was disappointing. By 9am, several items ran out of food. Beans out, eggs out, two other items were also out. Shortage of food for breakfast was disappointing.

The area was the only thing we didn’t like. Quiet but not many food place to decide on
