Got only charged for one pet even if i have two. Just for that i will book back with them if i go tru Kamloops again. The man at the reception was kind and very helpful. Room was alright for location.

The only reason i did not give 10/10 on every points is that you have walk tru the parking lot and cross the street to let your dog go to the bathroom. I can understand that they try to keep the grass area clean, but they should have a tiny piece of grass dedicated to the puppies.

We had a stop at Kamploops on our Canada trip and were looking for a cheap hotel/motel to sleep in. The staff at the reception were very nice and they even contacted me via Whatsapp to know about our arrival time. The motel has a grill outside which you can use (we didn't use it but saw a couple preparing a bbq). You can park in front of your room. We had a room on the first floor which was perfect so we didn't have to take our heavy suitcases upstairs. The room has everything you need. The furniture was a little outdated but everything was basically clean.

The only thing I can complain about is the bed. It was not very comfortable (for us), maybe for somebody else but we didn't sleep tight. I found a small stain on my side of the bed which I covered with the pillow and it was fine.

This is an older motel, but updates, the cleanliness, comfy bed and bedding made for a great one night stay. The room I had was small but perfect for one person. It was functional and the layout provided a wardrobe with two drawers, a fridge, desk area with chair as well as a two-seat sofa and coffee table.

It was very quiet at night but you could hear showers from other rooms in the morning. That’s typical for this older style of accommodation. I wish they also had left a decaf coffee pack.

Bed and pillows were comfy and clean, the shower was excellent, the room was super clean. I'd come here again. Got a great deal on the rate for one night. It was refreshing not having to pay huge money for a room for a night. Just a few updates on appliances is all that it is required. No complaints with the mini bar.

The TV was a pain to turn on. Took about 5 minutes to get it to work. Didn't like the fact that I had to set up a pin code before I could watch it. The microwave was incredibly old and did not work very well. The air conditioner was loud, outdated.

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, and the air-conditioning was good without being too noisy. The swimming pool was bliss in the 36 degree heat when we arrived. We also used the laundry facility, which was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was the best value for money place that we stayed at while we were in Canada.

I can't actually think of anything negative to say about it, which is unusual for me!

Quiet! Love your place but We couldn’t get the heat thing working properly… had to turn it off, so we were cold in the morning. When we pressed the wall switch, it just went up, so what gives.. we couldn’t find any button to go down to 19. We’re not stupid, so what gives with that!

Nothing, but wall heat switch was in a wierd place and we couldn’t get it to work!

Clean, quiet, convenient

Parking unavailable in front of unit so had to pull up as close as possible to unpack and park further away. In the morning enough clients had already left that we were able to pull up in front to pack up. A little tight for the turn around but I agree that vehicles should not be allowed to back in because of the exhaust. What about having 15 minute unloading, then park across by the fence, backing in?

Family owed and operated. They live on site. I felt safe . My car was loaded full my entire visit and nothing happened. Owners were friendly and helpful. The flowers and picnic area were well taken care of. The whole area had a nice feel to it. Beautiful views. Close to everything. The pool was a nice added bonus. This is a pet friendly hotel. I liked that part. They had a cat in the office and a dog on staff :) Both very friendly and well behaved. If you don't like pets they will move them to another room for your check in. Super friendly owners. Across the street was a nice little park for your pet or for yourself.

Unfortunately the shower head whistled ( like a tea pot that was ready on the stove) the entire time it was on. Only bad part as it was sensitivity issue for both of us. They are working on renovations at the moment and my room was one of the last ones to be done. I am sure it will be upgraded by my next visit.

The fellow at the desk was amazing! Very friendly and helpful when asked questions. Immediately I felt happy and confident that ti was staying at a good hotel.

There was a cleaning smell in the bathroom that was very powerful. We had to keep the fan on and open the doors to air the room out. In the morning perhaps we got use to it but it was gone.

Really lovely front desk staff - very friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t fancy, but clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the stay if you want a nice, basic spot to hang your hat for the night. I will stay again.

The only issue was the air conditioner was running and worked, but the was not powerful enough to cool the whole room - just the area immediately near it. It was pretty warm in the room overnight. Otherwise, a solid room. 👍
