Spacious room, comfy beds. Clean. Very friendly staff, Free parking. Short walk to local eateries and an easy stroll to Riverside Park for swimming. Great location for a stopover between Vancouver and Banff-Jasper

The Fitness Room needs a major upgrade. The machines were very tired and some were not fully functional. The air con did not seem to be working and there were no free weights. The TV only worked on one day. Kamloops felt like a polarised town; some very hip areas adjacent to run down blocks with overt drug taking. The hotel staff did give guidance on where was safe.

The room was lovely and bright and there was free parking available behind the hotel. There was an excellent choice of food items for breakfast. The hotel is located in the centre of the town and within walking distance of the river, park and many restaurants and bars.

On our arrival, the young man at reception was on the telephone dealing with a problem. He continued with this for approximately 10 minutes and never acknowledged us during this time. When he finished the call, he proceeded by asking for ID and a Credit Card and didn't even offer an apology for leaving us waiting for so long with our baggage. I found this very disappointing.

clean and tidy, great access to pool had mini shop for any drinks snacks etc. great parking facilities, near the centre with two great restaurants walking distance from the reception! all staff were very friendly and helpful . washing facilities were great with staff offering to change coins to use them. great trip and perfect room with air con and comfy beds- very spacious. coach loads of people do arrive however it never really effected our trip just to bear in mind if that would be a problem. only think could be improved was the breakfast but it was free and I guess down to personal preference! can’t complain really. great stay all in all :)

We got upgraded by Booking.com from a 2 queen bed to a suite which was awesome! The suite had pretty much everything you could think of. The room was very spacious and clean.

The downtown location is not very convenient for quick moving out and moving in. There’s a limited covered parking not very big or spacious. However, there’s an option to park in the open area where you don’t have to pay. Just a bit of walk but not too much.

Great location in a lovely part of downtown Kamloops near shops and restaurants and great walking areas. The free breakfast was nice and the food at the Noble Pig next door was amazing. we had a hard time deciding on whether to eat there or at the adjacent brewery; both had lovely outdoor patios too. Has a nice pool and arcade but didn't get to use it. The Rocky Mountaineer tourists stayed here too so that says good things about the hotel.

Underhotel parking area was available but could be swept up and cleaned up a bit. This is downtown and it can get a bit dirty and scary under there. Just recommend a bit of attention to that area of the hotel.

Loved the pool & arcade also booked the theatre room which was really cool. Close walk to riverside park and restaurants.

Chlorine was super overwhelming in the hot tub the first day, but seemed much better the next day. Also no complimentary breakfast spent 50.00+ in the bistro for my family to eat, left still hungry. Just went out for breakfast the next couple days after.

We liked the room with the kitchenette and the location of the hotel.

We arrive for breakfast at 8:50 am and the breakfast service was supposed to end at 9:30 am, and there was an older women there who was taking care of the breakfast service, as soon as we arrived she told that breakfast was ending and started breaking down everything, turning off the juice machine and taking away the food, she told us that there was no bowls for cereal or butter, etc. Overall, she was very rude in her attitude toward us, and I'm not sure that I would stay there around again, because she left us with a bad feeling about the stay.

We arrived late at night and were greeted by a friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and spacious and bright. The Spa and Arcade is clean. The pool is exceptionally beautiful with a wooden ceiling. The location is decent, with quite many homeless people but the hotel is safe with surveilled parking and a locked front door. Many good restaurants are in walking distance.

The breakfast was average but totally ok for the price.

Genuinely friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Great water pressure in the shower. Tasty breakfast with all the fixin’s. Loved the fact they have a 24hr snack room and arcade. It was right downtown so close to everything.

The pool and hot tub were opaque. Both felt slimy and they weren’t as nice as the pictures make them look. The bathrooms in the rooms didn’t have any hand soap so I had to use my own body wash to clean my hands. And not something I didn’t like but more of an observation was I found it very strange that the bathroom counter was soo low. lol I’m 5’8 and I had to bend over significantly to use the sink. Super strange. But everything was VERY clean!!

Breakfast offering not good Unexpected room damage charge of $150 unexpected particularly given we’re a middle aged married couple and unlikely to trash the hotel room. Appreciate we will get this refunded but a bit of a surprise
