Off the main highway. Quiet hotel & clean hotel. newly renovated. Two restaurants to choose from with good food. parking was super convenient. Starbucks less than 300-feet away.

although we had a room on the river/park side of the hotel, there are rooms on the other side which are exposed to the train tracks which can be noisy.

This was just a pitstop for us on a larger roadtrip. I picked a place in the middle of Banff and Vancouver and filtered to hotels that had suites. That was it, what we got was so much more. This was an amazing little place. The hotel was outstanding, the room was by far one of the best we had during our whole holiday and the location was amazing. The small park across the road was amazing. We were gutted we had to leave this place. We will be back for sure.

Genuinely nothing bad to say. Kamloops itself and this hotel went so much further that what we had expected. If I have to be very very very picky to find something bad... the TV was set too high on the wall in the living room. That's it.

Property was clean and modern and I really enjoyed having multiple restaurants and bars connected and easily accessible. I appreciated that parking was included in my stay and the staff was kind enough to extend us a late checkout as well as extended parking at no additional cost.

I was unaware that my room in the corner would be less than a hundred yards from train tracks that run all night. I appreciate that the room offered a white noise machine and earplugs as I'm sure this has been a problem, but the constant noise all night wasn't ideal.

Located close to the center of Kamloops with coffee shops, bars and restaurants, all reachable by foot. Clean and spacious room, modern equipment. Small kitchen area within the living room. Parking available for hotel guests.

Rooms with city view extremely noisy due to train tracks in front of the hotel. Trains are operating throughout the whole night, so it‘s perfect for rail enthusiasts but all others should book rooms on the river side). In-room air conditioning system available which tends to be even noisier than the trains outside. Pool area currently closed due to renovation (however, that was mentioned at booking, so we were aware of that) Staff quite unmotivated.

The location was perfect for accessing Riverside Park and lots of things downtown, by foot.

The furniture and window coverings were a bit worn. The blind was absolutely ridiculous. It was a major struggle to get it to go up. It was a two-man job. The sofa was uncomfortable as the middle was very worn, so if you tried to sit to one side you’d be pulled towards the squishy centre. Also, the trains made it difficult to access or leave by car.

Convenient location with free parking in the city centre. The room was a great size and very comfortable. We were on the city side, next to the train line. We didn’t have a problem with the train noice but for light sleepers there is a white noice machine in your room which I thought was a great touch.

A few fixtures and fittings needed minor repairs. The swimming pool was freezing and the hot tub did not work well.

We loved the location right across the street from the beautiful municipal park area. It was also within walking distance of the downtown area with many restaurants. The view from our room which faced the park was beautiful. There is a train track that runs behind the hotel, but we did not hear any trains passing during our stay.

The decor is slightly dated.

The room was so comfortable, had a great view of the park, andso nice that the window opened up! The location of the hotel is also super convenient. The staff were also very helpful and friendly - they gave my child a package of snacks upon check-in, which was unexpected but so appreciated!

the bed was very comfy, location was perfect & staff were exceptional!

the bathroom had a burn stain on the mirror and on the wall and when I first turned the sink on, black stuff came out of the sink. it also had a hole in the wall near the sink spout.

Wonderful check in experience with the Managers oversight. Comfortable amenities and beds and central location, located next to the park and near the river/beach.

Some damage to our room was evident upon checking in. Other than that, all was well equipped and comfortable.
