Staff excellent on booking in and dealing with problem over room which was quickly resolved. Excellent evening meal Quality bed linen and towels, extra tea bags provided on request. Pool great for a short relaxing swim

Designer of hotel has stupidly put suite room with extra space and sofa which you pay more for right next to the lifts and ice machine. Became obvious was going to be very noisy within half an hour of being in room. Hotel staff quickly responded to our request to change rooms.

We loved the outdoor pool and the view of downtown from our 5th floor room. The fridge was a little tight for the space it was stored in so really had to push the door closed or it popped open. The staff really made her feel special with the extra treats the desk man paid for a d wishing her a happy birthday each time we passed the lobby.

Was a little disappointed that there was no breakfast options included with the $300 a night fee but overall we enjoyed our night.

Cookies, opportunity for three beds and proximity to Sandman centre. Staff were very pleasant.

Bathroom was tight for a multi purpose room and recommend moving mirror outside bathroom where there is a plug in and more light. Having a sink in kitchen area would help a lot for a suite type room.

The front desk attendant was extremely kind and helpful

unfortunately there is a lot of homeless people around . That is not something which is not in there control …. they also need more parking and definitely should not charge for parking . But it was close to the hospital and they were very accommodating and the beds were very comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was lovely Rooms good size.

The noise level. There were children and adults shouting and banging doors most of the evening. I phoned reception to make them aware of this, but nothing was done. Bad service on their part.

Had a bad experience in the restaurant, didn’t feel good, had stomach pains. Our lunch wasn’t very good and we feel it was quite expensive for what we ate.

location no one at front desk to check in and had to ask restaurant staff because staff was socializing in the large open room parking difficult to reach front desk, no one was answering and call to make repeated calls to get someone to deal with the noise in the adjacent room.

glass at breakfast was dirty, had someone's clear lip print on the rim of the glass as it was given to me, really turned me off of eating at the restaurant and I went into town instead

My husband and I traveled from Summerland and weren't expecting much based in the rate per night. Much nicer hotel than we anticipated. Didn't see much of the staff but when we were leaving our room to check out the house keepers were friendly and the front clerk made it quick and simple to get checked out. The room was very clean, the shower was nice, and the king bed was very comfortable!

The only complaint is the downtown homeless population everywhere. We walked past alot of sketchy people walking to our hotel.
