Bighorn Meadows Resort

Room was nice and well equipped.

We were notified of construction underway when booked. It started just before 8 AM. Something that I am sure is making it better for future stays but a slight negative this visit.

the suites are gorgeous and spacious, as well as quite sound proof from other units. the pool was fabulous and we loved the option of the hot hot tub or warm hot tub

The AC was in the family room/kitchen and not the master bedroom so the master was exceptionally hot. It would have been much more pleasant to have the AC unit in the bedroom or 2 units for the large suite.

The pool and hot tubs were a big hit and saved the trip as the weather wasn't great. Our bed was super comfy. Don't think I've ever slept so well in a hotel/condo/bed away from home. :) The golf course staff were nice enough to lend a golf cart even though my boys were just going to the driving range. They thought that was fun.

Weather. ha. A larger softer pull out for our growing sons. :) I guess the gym could be a bit bigger with more equipment and have earlier opening times, but honestly it was fine as well. The hot tubs could be a bit warmer as well.

this "condo" room was bigger, had better furniture, had refrigerator, microwave, dishes, dishwasher than 3-star hotel rooms like the Hamptons, Country Inn. There was no comparable lobby, however. I was so happy I stayed here on my driving route from Banff, Canada back to Kalispell, Montana, USA to fly home. The bathroom and shower were huge, compared to big-chain hotels. I would definitely stay there again, if I were in the area. The bed, sheets, and towels were great also, nothing seemed cheap.

It was my own fault, but I wish I had allocated more time here. I arrived at nightime, and missed going into the large hot tub and pool.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely facility in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was very well equipped and the furnishings and decor tidy and fresh. One bedroom is the master with a King bed and ensuite and the 2nd bedroom a Queen bed. There was also a pull-out bed in the living room so technically you could sleep 6. This second story unit had a large balcony with table, chairs and a BBQ. All clean and in good working order. Being a second story unit the balcony above provided reasonable shade which was appreciated given the 35C sunny days. We there was no noticeable noise from the unit above even though it was occupied. The pool area was clean with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. Checking in online was a bonus as we only had to rock up and grab an envelope with our name on it from the visitor centre. All details came securely via text and email. Overall we rate this place very highly.

Our only suggestion would be to extend the air conditioning to the master bedroom so as to not have to sleep with the bedroom door open to get any cooling.

we had come earlier and we asked for early checkin as we have small kids as we wanted them to rest. the staff promised to make it a priority for us. so we we went for lunch and came back few hours later and it looks our request wasn't put trough. they started calling the cleaning crew and to our amazement they just started cleaning out suite! I know check in is at 4pm but if someone is asking for early check in, especially when you have small kids, something should be done to accommodate the clients. the weekend costs us a little over $700, which is good money yo spend for 2 nights. I was expecting better customer service, I was disappointed by that lack of empathy for our family.

Awesome location with mountain and golf course views. The one bedroom suite was huge and had everything you need for a short or long term stay. Restaurant at the golf course is good if you want something close to you eat. Larger hot tub which was nice. Check in was simple.

Pull out sofa bed was really not good at all. Super old and uncomfortable should be replaced or at the bare minimum provide a mattress topper. Pool was closed.

love the beautiful setting. the first moment we arrived we saw wild turkeys and so many bighorn sheep. we were all delighted!!! I felt peaceful and it was easy to find the welcome centre and loved parking right near condo.

loved it but when I called a day or two before arriving on Wednesday the lady at guest desk was very abrupt and condescending with my questions. I had never travelled to Radium and was just asking general questions. I almost cancelled my reservation.

Entering our suite was a delightful experience ! We were impressed by the size, layout, cleanliness, style and of course, the large bathtub. The grounds and view were lovely. This facility is obviously well managed.

The only thing missing, for us, was an onsite breakfast place. Radium is quite small so it was no problem - just less convenient.

I think there should be a better check in system. We got an envelope with keys and a room number. As we had not been there before it was confusing as to where we were to go. As well we weren’t really given any direction of what was expected when we left u til we had been in the road for two hours. Thankfully we left everything as eke found it but a little more information would go a long way
