For a motel I love this place especially for price value, I like the flowers sitting on the balcony and the patio. Also like it that they are using Rocky Mountain Soap products from Canmore where I am from.

The staff in the restaurant with short hair and wearing a cap, forgot our breakfast order and didn't even apologize. We waited for almost an hour and they were not even busy, when I saw her again in front of the reception as the door was closed and dropped the keys she just abruptly said "drop it there!". I didn't know they would close the reception door when it said open at 10am and it was 11:30am at that time. The older lady at the restaurant said she was not told of our order unfortunately. There's always a polite way to say "sorry" or instruct your guests, but it is sad she lacks a hospitality attitude.

This property was perfectly located and a great value! It was super clean and the kitchenette was much needed! Had everything needed to cook and clean. Loved the table and chairs!

Weirdly so, the tv was really hard to maneuver. Only one local channel available and no instructions on how to work it. Would have been nice to talk to staff about how to work the tv as we couldn’t even cast from our phones. Staff was unavailable in the evenings and when we went to check out still no staff. But super minor compared to everything else that was amazing.

The ladies that run this place were phenomenal. I got rained out camping in Banff and was freezing. I had to leave 2 days early and they accommodated me moving my reservation up even with 2 dogs and they gave me a bigger room and did not charge me more. I was so grateful to have a nice hot shower and slept forever on the comfy bed. I loved the special touches of the great smelling soaps and cute flowers on the railing outside the rooms. Such an amazing place and I will definitely stay here again.

The room was pretty much exactly how it looked in the photos, the AC unit was a nice touch, and the fridge was nice as well! It is a motel and it doesnt try to be anything other then that, but nice little spot to rest the eyes on your trip through or your stay at Raidum

The walls or winows are thin so when a truck went by on the highway a couple blocks away it sounded like it was right in the room. Other then that I can only say it is a motel, you get what you pay for

Breakfast did not include any proteins, so should be referred to as "continental", imo. The room was updated, and tidy. We had a kitchenette unit, and what we needed for cooking, eating, and drinking with were all supplied. Any issues we had were addressed promptly.

Ceiling fan had not been cleaned in a while. Easy to miss, as it's not something most of us pay attention to. When mentioned to housekeeping, we were advised that it would be handled. Hot water was intermittent when we showered, so expect it to go back and forth between hot and cold if showering in the morning. Lighting over the stove did not work. Mentioned to housekeeping, and they planned to replace it that day.

Breakfast was amazing, the café where you go is so authentic, and the food was superb. The room was clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed sitting on the patio at night. We used the sauna and it was fun.

The only disadvantage was the noise during the night. We should've taken the fan system off the window and close it, as from time to time big trucks passing by the road were really loud and I woke up.

Breakfast was one of 3 options either a sandwich or a quiche or a bread pudding - with coffee or tea. Room was very clean, new, comfortable and spacious, incl. microwave+fridge. Beautiful flowers!

Conditioner was not working and staff was mostly absent. They only come for check-ins and then you cannot find them till the next day. The office was mostly locked.

Our room was comfortable and clean with nice bath products and handy amenities like a/c, fridge and microwave. The sauna and backyard area was awesome. The complimentary breakfast at Screamers was a great way to start the day. A quaint, quiet, mountainside motel in an excellent location to explore Radium and area. Would definitely return!

The room was small but it wasn’t surprising because we had read the description of the location. The owners made the most of the tight space with little extra touches. It looked recently updated. The wifi was excellent. The staff were helpful with recommendations and local information. Towels were provided for our visit to the local hot springs. They even went above and beyond and helped us while we waited a long time for car assistance. Also, the breakfast was delicious and very filling! Would stay again!

A surge strip to charge devices would have been helpful since there was only one outlet available in our room.

The motel is easily accessible, the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There are restaurants nearby at a walkable distance. The breakfast at Screamers was great (small portions but tasty).

We were a family of 5 so we stayed in two rooms. In one of the rooms, we had big ants. They are not dangerous but still not pleasant to see.
