Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Knowledgeable about the area and amenities. Room was very nice. Large bathroom, very spacious room. Food in the restaurant was spectacular. Location was very nice, it was a great place to stay for us and our visit to Lake Louise.

The property allows pets and we had a dog owner in the same hall that I can only assume would leave their dog in a kennel when they went somewhere and the dog would whine and yip. We did not contact the front desk or staff as I knew that it was not their fault or responsibility to keep the dog quiet, so nothing against the property or staff in any way.

The hotel has a great entry, properly cleaned, people welcoming! Literally located on the main street. Hotel contains restaurant, spa, hot tub and pool as well as gym which is great! Everything looks nicely maintained and in order. Also, there is a vending machine,ice, pop machine, washer, and dryer. Nice choice of cosmetic products in the bathroom. The parking lot is really specious.

There were no towels on the pool or in the gym. After asking the receptionist for some, we were promised he would bring them to the pool. After one hour, he still didn't show up or send someone. I went to take towels from the room and was unpleasantly surprised there were only 3 and room was booked long time ago for 4 (2 adults 2 kids), so I had to ask receptionist again and was provided with 1 towel. It seemed like the towels were really precious at the moment. I still don't understand it. Also, in my opinion, there should be changing room and shower by the gym and pool.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, big parking lot, great views from the room, nice fluffy towels, very spacious room (able to fit two sets of golf clubs, a cooler, two suit cases and a random assortment of packages without any issues (in a King room).

The A/C machine was very loud, even on the "low" setting. Made it a little difficult to sleep at night. We also had a flickering light, but it wasn't a big deal. We forgot to tell the front desk, but I have no doubt that they would have attended to it right away if we had remembered to mention it.

The location was perfect and easy to find. Upon arrival the front desk was super nice and check in was a breeze. The rooms were spacious (double queen) and clean. The night staff was super helpful trying to resolve within their power the AC issues.

The side stairwell adjacent to the elevator leading to the parking lot smelled absolutely foul. The AC in the room had allot of issues with not working and needing to be reset. It was also the noisiest unit I have ever heard.

Everything was great, starting reception up to the end. Receptionist Oggie did his best to make us feel welcome! There was some improvement since last time we were there, and there is more happening(renovation of the gym), so all the best for the efforts! Also all the best to the other staff members who made sure we had enough coffee, towels etc.

I would like changing rooms by the gym and pool, I hope that's included in renovation!

Hotel was clean, room spacious, staff friendly, we liked the kitchenette area in our room.

Access to the hotel was awkward. All the parking is on the south side of the building and the only access on that side requires you go up 3 stairs, go through the door and you find yourself in a stairwell landing then you need to go either up or down 5;stairs to get to your floor.

The room and bed were comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast at the attached restaurant.

The hotel advertises itself to be a non-smoking facility, but our first impression when we walked into our room was the smell of cigarettes. They were unable to give us a different room. Later, a man reeking of cigarettes came out of the room across the hall from us and joined us in the elevator. Perhaps they should dedicate some rooms for smokers.

Loved the restaurant! Conrad's was outstanding ! Loved the prawn linguini. Loved the location of the hotel. The hotsprings are just up the hill from the front of the hotel. :)

Our room did not have any housekeeping on the day of our last stay.

Nice sized room. Really comfortable. Great entrance area. More than enough amenities. Ample parking and great food options just a quick walk away.

We didn't love the layout with a little too many sideboards/ dressers/ desks lining the room. Very minor quibble though.

The place was in a great location and the staff were all very friendly.

One of the queen beds was very worn and uncomfortable, so we moved to the other one for the other nights. That one was very comfortable and we slept well.
