The breakfast was quite good. The location was excellent as we were visiting friends in the Aspen and we were attending a wedding in the park. We were disappointed as we only had 2 hooks to hang clothes for our week’s stay. We borrowed hangers from our friends. Also the little bar of soap was ok for hand washing but certainly not for bathing. We bought our own bar. The porch was delightful to hang out on. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were only soap and small shampoos no lotion. Very little hanging space for clothes as we were there for a week.

Used the hotel for a one night stay on our trip in the west of Canada. Had a very nice welcome from reception. Our room had two comfortable double beds and a Mountain View and was a very good size. The area was nice and quiet and only a five minute walk from a local restaurant. Overall good value for money and a decent stay.

Some mold issues on a few windows and the hotel is quite dated. The room was up a flight of stairs and there’s no lift so you need to be aware of this if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was included and had quite a few cooked options but there was no coffee out for quite a while. We had to fill an order form out for breakfast but then there was quite a wait before anyone took the order. However breakfast was good and arrived quickly after the order was taken.

Great location for exploring this area. Friendly welcoming owners who make you feel like you are welcomed into their home. Rooms are lovely. Comfy beds and amazing pillows. Air con and a fireplace. Lots of storage and a great shower. Clean and tidy. Bathroom fantastic. Hairdryer ! Plugs in the bathroom. We lived it here. Good breakfast. That will save you at least $20 per person. Unlimited coffee and tea on all day. Fridge and dining table in the room. We loved it here.

The outside looked very welcoming, our room was delightful. Lovely large shower ample towels etc. breakfast choice was delicious compared to other properties we have very recently stayed in , delightfully served by our lovely and welcoming host William. I can’t say enough about how attentive and welcoming William was ,nothing seemed too much trouble for him and he was politeness personified and a credit to the whole place .

The only thing I wasn’t too pleased with was having to use rear door but a minor issue .

Welcoming and friendly staff. Queen room wasn’t tiny as such but also not overly spacious (little room for suitcases to be opened up without limiting space to move around) however we were lucky to have access to the veranda which was very lovely to sit on. Breakfast was pretty solid and pleasantly surprised that it was bacon and eggs not just continental. Easy walking distance to everything in the small town.

The beds are quite hard and the sound insulation is not the greatest (we could hear most of the movements of the people above us). The bathroom floor is also cleaned with something that made it very slippery and we had to wipe it up. Otherwise we were very happy with what we got!

It was a very quaint accommodation, nothing much that you couldn't like. It was cheap, clean & provided a comfy bed whilst we were en route to Jasper. Guy managing front desk (owner?) was a pleasure to deal with. Walking distance into small town with restaurants.

Breakfast was ok, to be honest it was the only accommodation that we booked that included breakfast. Quality wasn't great but you get what you pay for & this was by far the cheapest accommodation on our trip. Having said that, it was perfectly edible. No complaints at all, would definitely recommend if you are on a budget.

The Inn is well situated in Radium, off the main highways but in easy reach of shops and restaurants. The included breakfast more than met expectations. The staff were wonderful - very friendly and went out of their way to provide an enjoyable stay. For a small fee, we were able to invite family to share breakfast with us, so that was great.

A little more information about the restaurants in town would have helped. A sheet of paper with such info as part of the check-in would help,

We had a ground floor room, very cozy with a huge bathroom and a bath. We loved sitting on the porch in our comfy chairs, having a glass of wine and listening to the birds. The staff were all lovely and so helpful, especially Rob and Pierre. The cooked to order breakfast set us up for a good day. Location is just one block off the main drag where all the restaurants and cafes are. I hope we get to come back here. The bed was very comfortable.

Nothing but I would have liked a kettle in the room. We had access to a kettle in the breakfast room.

The owners were welcoming and flexible and their staff were friendly and enthusiastic. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable to come and go. There were no problems parking and it was a great location to access nearby amenities and explore the community. The included breakfast was a very nice way to start the day and served with charm.

The age of this building doesn't have a lot of soundproofing, so there is potential for a noisy stay if others guests are inconsiderate or really boisterous. We didn't have problems in this regard.

Lovely bedroom with very large comfortable 2X queen beds and plenty of space. Safe parking out of site for our motorbike. The small town is only a few minutes walk with a great little local brewery for beer and music.

Thé breakfast was a little small… served not buffet so you took what you were given, however to be fair we had got used to the enormous breakfasts everywhere else! It seems quite expensive but all this area is the same. The Hot Springs were worth a visit.
