When we travel for work or recreation breakfast is important as it lowers overall expenditures/expenses. We tend to travel a fair amount and in all honesty your breakfast always has the best selection and more importantly to have higher protein options such as scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage, and bacon is preferred (none of us tend to be on pancakes, muffins, bagels, etc but it is nice if wanted). Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location too. We also felt safe being in Thornhill too.

Wifi wasn't always the best but it wasn't the worse one in our travels either! Additional pillows and blankets would be great as our kids used the pull out sofa and cot but didn't have enough blankets (asked for and provided though) Also extra towels enough for 3 when I reserved for 4.

modern, clean, bright * If you could install handrails in at least two of your Ground Floor, Double Queen Rooms, and TWO Roll in Showers… that would be ideal & we would consider this Property More inclusive and Forward thinking. In our Family we have 5 kids, our Eldest is handicapped and uses a wheelchair and he requires a handrail on the left side of the toilet due to the fact that his cerebral palsy affects both of his legs and his right hand, which he can’t use. * These small modifications would make our Stay ideal.

kids on upper floor were running around and jumping off the beds and nobody was answering the phone at the front desk.

Breakfast was extensive, especially as far as continental goes. Generous sized parking lot. Easy access off highway. Pool was a hit with kids.

Don't expect them to know if the b-fast sausage is Gluten Free. Front Desk staff wasn't willing to find out either. Room only had shower which with 2 small kids isn't ideal but pool kinda makes up for it.

it’s far enough out of town that I don’t worry about my car.. and yet, I still worry about my car? lol. I wish it had a fenced in parking area but very thankfully I’ve never had a mishap & have stayed here like 5-6 times now 😅 it’s my families go to hotel in terrace 😃

Excellent light breakfast buffet inc in price. Location a bit out of the way so you need a car or taxis however there’s a free airport shuttle who picked us up at 4am! Great service.

Maybe a town shuttle would be good? Otherwise it was excellent.

Breakfast was good, the staff are very welcoming and helpful.cozy beds ,gym experience good.Business centre was good.

When I arrived at the front desk, I waited for some time before someone came . I'd suggest a bell, perhaps !

Very comfortable, spacious and clean. The dip in their pool was a much appreciated bonus. Breakfast was satisfactory but the egg Mac muffins option types wrapped in paper seemed a bit strange. Otherwise enjoyable.

Given the weather and temperatures (-20) the hotel remained clean and comfortable, and the the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Our window whistled during the windy days, and although the general temperature of the room was cozy and warm. It was a bit chilly when close to the window. Perhaps a spare blanket in the room would be nice. The room was completely dark at night, so small night light would help.

It was an adequate breakfast nothing special but good and enough.

Maybe a privacy screen that can pull around desk when work at night not to bother family with light.

The breakfast had a large selection of options. Enjoyed the hot omelets and soft cinnamon buns. Coffee was fresh. Large king bed was soft and comfortable. Had a good sleep. The location was easily accessible.

The close proximity to the highway made it a little noisy, but it is to be expected. The bathroom wasn't clean. The floor was dusty and the shower not quite scrubbed clean.
