To my understanding breakfast wasn't offered as part of the package. Although not part of the service offered, nor on the property, there was a public DC Fast Charger nearby (easy walk). This was ideal since we have an electric car (BEV), and we were on a long distance highway drive. IMHO hotels servicing travelers (drivers) should offer at least one, if not 2-3 Level 2 chargers for EVs. When on long drives I always select accommodation based on proximity to level 2 or level 3 charging. The in-house associated restaurant "Chef Abhi's Classic Indian Cuisine" is top notch!

It would have been nice to have met the proprietor, or anyone on staff . . . but due to apparent COVID-related staff shortages, we had to go through a simple self check-in process! First time ever staying in such a nice facility, without any staff in sight. Strange, but not really a problem.

Wonderfully located in the woods just off the main drag, making it a very quiet location. As we needed to stay overnight between medical appointments, the room provided much needed tranquility. Also heard very little from neighboring rooms and entryway.

Sadly, the two windows with a view had broken seals, making them rather cloudy. Management had been waiting several months for the new windows on order - continually delayed by the glass company. However, the room had access to a deck, which we enjoyed while the afternoon sun shone.

Quiet, clean, and spacious room. Comfortable bed. The refrigerator and small kitchenette area were much appreciated. We got in late and put together a meal from some takeout items from the supermarket.

A waste basket near the kitchenette area would’ve been useful. Also a box of tissue would’ve been appreciated. Personally, I didn’t find the pillows comfortable but my husband had no problem. We both found the bed very comfortable. I thought I followed the instructions carefully but I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee maker.

Each room is unique (having stayed in two). The first was really nice. The second was spectacular! The view is great. Parking was very convenient. The staff go above and beyond. Oh - I wonder if anyone shares this - the restaurant on site smells so good. We weren't able to eat there. It's a point of great annoyance to me and I blame my husband. But we saw it. It was very clean and smelled so. Well you know. Also nice and close to the airport. It wasn't loud. The airport is relatively small. But just down the road which was appreciated for early morning flight out and late night flight in. Yet it is also easy to get to stores and food.

The beds might have been a little more comfy. They were kind of low to the ground I think. They were in keeping with the ambience of the place, so I get the design aesthetic. We, however, were in town doing 14 hour days of manual labor (cleaning out a house). So when we got up in the morning to start again, we were sore. That's the whole story.

Nicest place to stay in Terrace. Rooms are large, have a bit of a rustic decor, and have a large balcony shrouded in trees and soft lighting. It is a lodge, not a typical hotel, and the beautiful rooms reflect as such. The Indian restaurant is some of the best Indian food I have ever had in my life. 5 minutes or so from airport, 5 minutes from Walmart/shopping and restaurants.

The lodge itself is high end construction materials, exposed beams, native rock, CVG fir doors, expensive electric and plumbing fixtures in the bathroom, etc. It is also appointed very well with comfortable beds and linens. Our room had a mini fridge, desk, and a couple of comfy chairs. It had a nice balcony that looked out into a quiet hemlock grove. We did not meet the staff, due to COVID it was self check in. They did email us the check in procedure and then text us at the end of the day when we hadn't checked in yet and they were leaving. They are kind and responsive. The WiFi worked well and our neighbors were quiet. The only thing missing from a typical hotel room was a microwave. We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurants but they looked fantastic.

We had no complaints. There wasn't a microwave but we didn't need one.

We loved that it was secluded enough to let our small dog off leash to walk and explore on our little walks around the property. It felt like we were in the woods, but just a few blocks from our brother’s house.

Nothing, even the weather was great! I’m bringing my husband next time and staying in one of the bigger fireplace rooms.

Large clean rooms... rustic charm.... big beams, large slate tiles. hotel is embedded in the forest. It's so quiet. But right close to everything. Outdoor balcony. Great hiking spot for dogs.

The beds were older. OK though.

I loved how easy self check-in was, and that the rooms didn’t feel like a standard hotel, rather it was warm and cozy in aesthetic.

we’ll established spiderwebs in the shower made me question when was the last time the shower corners had been wiped down.

The room was very large, and beautiful, complete with a fireplace, which was a nice touch on a colder evening.

Some of the exterior needs a little cleanup, but understandable post-covid and short staff.
