Front staff were super friendly. Clean updated modern rooms. It's a bit confusing to get to the retail stores if you aren't familiar with the area. If you aren't paying attention, it's really easy to be back onto the hwy with no option to turn around

The pool area was extremely loud and busy right up to the 10pm closing with all the kids screaming and jumping in and out of the hot tub the noise was almost deafening so we had to leave after a few minutes. It would be great to maybe have an adults only hour. It would be nice to relax in the hot tub after a whole day of travel

very loud location. people walking right outside our room in the morning. carpet in our room was visibly dirty at check in but too tired to complain. only 1 coffee in the room in the morning. again, didn’t bother calling for 2nd one but made note on departure. tried to go to restaurant and hostess rudely shook her head at us when we didn’t have a reservation so coupon given at check in was useless. no one at desk when we tried to get pool towels. fed up with waiting we helped ourselves behind desk after waiting for 10 minutes.

The Manager called to upgrade us to a king suite for same price & the suite was very cozy & comfortable. There was a door directly outside our room where we could access our car easily. The manager understood our room concern & compensated us with a discount on the room. We used the 20% off coupon for Bourbon Street which was excellent & there was a nice surprise bottle of wine & chocolate in our room as it was my husband's birthday

My husband was sitting on the bed & I went over to kiss him & my foot stepped on a dirty sock under the bed that was not ours!! And with my husbands health issues & with Covid it didn't appear there was extra cleaning measures taken. The floor under the bed was dusty where the sock was. The top bed pillows were very wrinkled as if they had been previously slept on as well the shower curtain was very wrinkled & the rod was very rusty I had wished there was some tea as well as coffee in the room

staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. the pool was a little bit cold but otherwise all the facilities were clean and in great condition. the room was exceptional for the price and they even had a bed, treats, and dishes in the room for our dog. honestly prestige could not have done any better in my opinion.

We're very upset with the truck situation, the stuff at hotel made it will better, provided special treats for the kids and Perrier in our room. Also housekeeping stuff helped us to take care of dishes, exceptional.

We loved the room - the deluxe loft is great option for a family of six! It had everything we needed to feel at home for our stay.

The pool isn't overly exciting to begin with; and there was no limit to the amount of people in the pool so it was crowded and was hard to enjoy with multiple hockey teams being allowed in at the same time. Had this have been better managed, it could have been safer/more fun for everyone. Unfortunately we saw several families with young kids leave before they had planned, ours included. This was our only disappointment during our stay; the hotel otherwise was very clean and COVID protocols were well managed.

Normally I like the pool, but this time I really liked that the beds were so comfy we didn't want to get up early to swim!

They could have more cameras in the parking lot. I was worried about my car there overnight but nothing happened to it. I just would've felt better knowing it was seen by front desk or security.

There was a problem with our reservation. When we arrived after an 11 1/2 hour drive, we were dismayed that the hotel had no indiccation of us having reserved. Thankfully I had paperwork from Booking.com as proof. Kevin on the front desk was very helpful, but also nonplussed that we weren't on the register.

The rooms are very spacious! The beds are so comfortable, you don't want to get out of them!!!! Staff are wonderful; very helpful and accomodating! The restaurant is attached and has great food! Really good location and accessibility to what we needed!

The free wifi had trouble with my computer wifi on Some programs I use...rest of the experience made up for it!
