Muffins and juices were offered by the staff following our diner in the restaurant. We explained that we would be checking out at 4 a.m. and wondered what sort of breakfast options would be available? It was very thoughtful to have received the takeaway box as we finished up our dinner. The restaurant manager provided this gesture. Thanks again.

As the room was booked online by my wife when we arrived the check-in staff would not accept my identification even though I explained the situation to her. My wife was required to physically appear at the check in location… inconvenient when tired.

Friendly staff, quiet room, proximity to airport, on-demand shuttle service at all hours!

Hotel advertises an indoor pool with a water slide which was not accessible and a reason I chose this location. The pool was nice regardless but the kids were disappointed. Dinner at restaurant was okay but my poke bowl was advertised with rice and served without it. Waitress was clueless and eventually brought me a side order of rice. Not very customer service oriented to the point of hilarity. Otherwise good service by hotel staff generally.

This is our favourite place to stay when we come to Kelowna. Love everything. Proximity to airport, Kelowna and there are shops all around the hotel. Including both Tim Hortons and Starbucks.

There is construction happening and some rooms should definitely not be used to book people to stay. Pretty noisy in the morning due to construction.

Four Points by Sheraton is the ideal location for someone who had a short visit in Kelowna and wanted to be close to the airport. My stay was lovely in that the hotel, room, beds were all comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I requested for birthday dessert and they did this at no cost to me (their birthday gift). The food at the restaurant was superb, I had to stop myself as every bite was delicious. If you are a lover of nice scenery like me, the mountain view will catch your fancy. I enjoyed the view from my window - very refreshing.

Really couldn't find anything not to like.

I don’t like been charged twice. The only problem with the booking is that booking com take over my goggle feed and I made a mistake and use booking.com to make the booking. Once again I have paid twice - once online which I did not authorise as booking,.com took the money without permission from my account . When we got to the hotel my husband had to pay with his visa. I said we had already paid and receptionist said that was nothing to do with them. Where is my money booking.com?? I want it back .

Hotel is very clean, very nice, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and very nice. We couldn’t hear any noises outside our room. Staff at the hotel very accommodating and friendly. Check in and check out smooth and zero issues. Air conditioning was blasting and it was so nice and fresh in the room. Amazing location for our family needs. There were so many other stores around us like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, grocery store, gas station etc. it was very convenient for us and close to everything we wanted to visit. They do offer shuttle services if you need it as airport is close by and they promptly messaged us before our arrival with phone number where to call for shuttle to pick us up should we need it, which I thought was very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a really wonderful experience and I would always stay here when I go to Kelowna. The restaurant is amazing! The menu was different and varied and the chef actually was a chef! There's a pretty nice outdoor eating area. The bed was super comfortable and the room had no trace of that sort of old musty smell that lots of hotels have. And, it a five minute shuttle drove to the airport! It wouldn't be a good choice if you wanted to be in downtown Kelowna but if you're staying there to fly the next day it couldn't be more convenient. It is really, really clean! Worth the money.

It's hard to imagine what could have been better. However, if I were really picky I would say that aesthetically, the outdoor part of the restaurant would be nicer if they screened between the restaurant and the parking lot. The quality of the food deserves a better looking venue and it would be easy to do.

I disliked being charged $4.00 after I checked out. My guess is that it was for the bottle of water on the counter in the room. This should be labeled clearly as to its cost if you’re going to charge for it. In addition, I disliked the idea of having to pay for long term parking especially if you stay at the hotel the night before your flight out and the night of your return. Otherwise I feel it’s just gouging.

Great location and the room was large. Room was perfect too. Stayed Christmas Eve and staff hung Christmas stockings stuffed with treats on the outside door handle . it was a great surprise to find Christmas morning. Very thoughtful staff. They had a great buffet out for the guests Christmas morning too that was free. Fantastic selection.

Location to Dorothy. You staff from check in to check out were amazing. I spilt a coffee in the elevator and it was taken care of immediately, never making me feel badly. Transfers to and from airport with lovely people. All my needs were met in a friendly , professional manner. Thank you
