The design of the property is absolutely perfect to capture the beautiful vistas of the area and provide a serene experience. Love that breakfast & valet parking is included.

Found the gift shop a real disappointment. I expected it to be aligned with the "Sparkling" part of the property to provide lots of Swarovski items for purchase. Instead it was jam packed with boring clothing that you could barely even navigate through the shop as it was too fill. I wanted to see a shop full of bling in them with the properties name and builder.

Everything down from start to finish was great. From being greeted by the valet at first arrival to just the relaxing ambiance of the whole place was so healing and relaxing. They also gave me a room upgrade which was incredible.

The only thing that was unfortunate about my stay was the fact that they didn’t have any spa availability and a few of the guests in the pool room were loud and obnoxiously acting the whole time. For that reason I left the pool right away.

The spa, saunas, pools, rooms, cryo, Gerni’s.

The food at Peak Fine has been hit or miss the last two stays. The first occasion my burger bun was mouldy. This visit - the cabbage in the slaw was browned maybe even had mould starting, so far from fresh or 5 ⭐️. 2nd time this stay out share plates had dried old food still on them. All simple enough to fix!

Location and facilities were great

Special request was not fully delivered,there was no follow up from the hotel if all was ok. In our case we had missing item which was not delivered with our package. No one asked until we asked if that was part of the package. On the end no compensation or complementary gesture was made. Making it short hotel is missing attention to detail. When you staying longer your room was not consistently cleaned.

Room, restaurant, ambiance throughout

Room lacked some features many like to relax and enjoy time spent in room such as a coffee/tea maker and paper information about the resort with map. Restriction on times to use spa facilities included in room rate. This is obviously a couples resort

Spa were amazing but hours of opening were too short All the sauna are open only from 2pm to 10pm wich is not long enough i think. Same for breakfast 7am to 10am. The room at -110 was closed for repair wich was a bit desapointing. Also massage was fully booked because they were short staff. So overall we had a good weekend but didnt get to enjoy the full experience. We are looking foward to go back and hopfully get to experience all the activities next time.

The scenery is incredible from this resort. Amenities are very nice, food was good and hiking trails were easily accessible. Also enjoyed the complimentary valet services.

Because we are early risers, would have liked to see the gym open before 7 am.

Loved the resort it was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool and the saunas were amazing and ending it by having a nice hot tea from the tea room. Having the german restaurant outside the hotel is such a nice and different touch! Did not feel like I was in my hometown and felt I was in a different country.

Had no complaints about the property.

Everything was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and room was spectacular. Food and amenities exceeded our expectations

Lovely spa day spa service and other facilities steam rooms and saunas gorgeous, indoor kneipp foot bath, wonderful dinner

Breakfast ordinary compared to evenings. Lack of pool lounges, expensive pedicure polish never set had to remove days later.
