The lady at the desk on nights when we arrived was the most helpful, cheerful and friendly staff member of any hotel we have stayed at in 30 years. It was a last minute booking. But it didn't matter she was lovely. The hotel was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we have had even better than some of the fancier hotels we have stayed at. Couldn't ask for more

The only thing we could say is if you needed an elevator they don't have one however one end of the hotel did have ground floor rooms. So specify if you need. We did not need it this time.

The location of this hotel is great. Lots of things to do around the hotel. Always staff at the front desk there to help you out. We had to book a last minute stay here and the staff was nothing but accommodating. The front desk clerk Chaitali deserves 5 stars all the way for her ability to handle all of the chaos in a friendly and quick manner. 10 out of 10 would recommend this hotel

a hot tub would be awesome but definitely not required.

My husband had a stroke and since it was all new to me I didn't think of asking for a room with a walk in shower or on the ground floor at first. We were given the room with no problem and weren't charged any more. The shower was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The staff on check-in and check-out were very nice.

I looked online for the best rate and when I phoned the hotel expecting to get that rate the lady said that was the rate online and I'd have to book through them. I didn't book til the next morning and their rate had gone up. Upon checkout the lady told me that I wouldn't be getting the points because I had booked through a 3rd party but that they do price match. I told her my experience and she said she would be sure that she would speak to the manager about it because all the desk staff should know they do price match. I have been a member of RSVP rewards since it started and participated in the 12 stays and 1 free for years before that.

The hotel was well positioned. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The room was very well appointed with all you need. The bathroom was lovely too.

When we entered the room, there was a terrible sweaty smell. I think perhaps the carpets need cleaning as everything else appeared very clean. Apart from that, it was very good.

The meals at Denny's were very good. The location of being on site was convenient.

The parking was my only dislike. Denny's patrons would take parking that should have been left for hotel guests only. Had to park a couple of times in the far end in front of Denny's while patrons took hotel guest spots.

The manager, Khaled and the other front desk woman, Chaitali were amazing. Our AC was not working at first and Khaled went in and fixed it as soon as he could. They left us little goodie bags with some chips and a pop, and some other snacks in there. We were very pleased with our stay.

I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to check in. There were lots of people in the hallway with kids running around. I was worried it would be noisy at night, But, it wasn't

The Staff were extremely friendly and very efficient at check in and check out. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient also.

The in room coffee was less than desirable and a.continental breakfast would be nice as the Dennys in there was terrible.

Breakfast at Dennys was awesome and having that close for family is great. Will stay there again when I am back in Vernon

I had my kids in the pool and playing but the manager came in to tell the kids to quiet down. the issue is the room is like a tin box and everything sounds louder. Kids were just playing in the pool and be normal active kids. Didnt like this especially when it wasn't even late.

I’d say a mirror, other than in the bathroom. With 4 people getting ready it was a pain not having a mirror. Finding our room was very confusing. We were in room 260, and we wondered the halls looking for it. You almost need someone showing you where your room is, or at least a map. Verbal instructions were too complicated for old people to remember.
