Stsff were friendly and had conversation with them.

One evening one night staff was rude. I went to use an atm across the street and when i csme back.. She locked all the doors and the keys did not work. There were at least 3 of us standing in the cold trying to get in. And just before 11 oclock same thing happened. The front desk staff was mad she said someone kicked the door trying to get out. I ask why didn't you let them out. She said why do they drink all the time and i won't let them in again.. I could tell she referring to the native people.i finally said maybe if you are nice to your guests they will be nice to you too.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cost of the hotel for the night. It was expensive for a very small room for a King suite. I’ve paid less for an entire room with living room and kitchenette. The fridge didn’t have a freezer. I was travelling with breastmilk and needed to keep my ice pack frozen. Luckily I was able to get ice in the airport after security.

Being pet friendly we appreciated that the flooring was laminate and not carpet! We also liked that the room had a door to the outside for our dog to be let out quickly.

There were quite a few inebriated individuals hanging around the hotel. Some were guests, some were not. However, the security was great at keeping the scene calm and doing rounds around the building.

All was good. Comfortable clean white bedding, good breakfast with so many options. The room's temperature, noise level and contents were convenient and comfortable. wonderful shower head and convenient toiletries.

The room had no chairs.

Nice and quiet room. Very clean. Shuttle service arrived on time for trip back to airport. Can't rate the breakfast as I left early. The bed was super comfortable. Nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Would have been nice to have an elevator as I was on the second floor, that's about it.

Shuttle service. They should clearly mention that it would be a shared shuttle service which has a tiny logo of comfort inn. We had to wait 40 mins for the shuttle.

The bed was very comfortable, the blankets and pillows were perfect. Quiet location. Perfect hotel room.

The stairs could have been vacuumed and an elevator could be convenient.

I stayed with my family for two nights but I was satisfied of the way the staff treated us. I would recommend this hotel for friends and family members.

Everything is good except there was no hair dryer in the room, but other than that, I would definitely stay there again.
