The staff treated me like a queenl i arrived around 10pm and the staff came out and got me right out of the taxi, helped me to check in; and the girl at the check in desk even came upstairs, delivered me, my luggage and brought ice to the room! In the morning, I received my wake up call, a smooth check out, and help at the breakfast room. The staff carried my luggage to my table in the breakfast room. When I was done eating, the shuttle driver then came and asked me if i was ready to go. He loaded my luggage and drove me to the airport within 10 more minutes. This was without question, the best customer service I have ever received. My only regret is that I could not stay there longer. This is the best hotel experience I have ever had.

Tha breakfast was very good. There was plenty of variety and the scrambled eggs and sausage was warm. All in all enjoyable. I did have minor irritations after a long journey but they were more than made up for by the friendliness of the staff and the fact that when a taxi couldn’t be located in a reasonable time the Owner or Manager I’m not sure which provided a ride for me to the down town in the shuttle bus. This was much appreciated.

The bed was soft but a little lumpy, and I couldn’t get hot water in the shower after arriving quite late. However the next morning the shower was nice and hot. I dislike Kourrig coffee makers I could not get a decent cup of coffee in the room. These were only minor irritations.

Breakfast and Rooms were great. Patricia was very accommodating and attentive. The ladies at breakfast (Amanda & Rona) were very helpful and always fills the food trays and goes beyond when guests requested. Overall I would stay at this hotel again as it's closer to any restaurants and shopping area.

Took awhile to get a shower chair and if I wanted an accessible room I have to cancel my rsvp and purchase the suite. So meaning pay more for something I didn't need to. I kept my original reservation. The pool- there should be a staff that check the pool for guests who shows improper behavior. For two nights there were young people occupying and acting rambunctious in the pool. With no supervision anyone can get hurt and damage property items.

Location was alright, breakfast was good, staff was excellent!! The room was pretty good, master bed was very comfortable. The staff went out of their way for us. On Friday night, I asked for water to fill our water bottles. I expected to be led to a water cooler, but the staff gave me a bag with 4 waters. I asked for more of the shampoo in the morning and they gladly gave me a bag with extra shampoo, conditioner and soap. When I asked for more towels and pillows, they were brought to my room with a smile. Breakfast staff were so kind. I had an extra guest stay overnight and they accommodated us with an extra continental breakfast.

I booked a king suite for myself and my 2 children. We had to use the pull out sofa for an extra bed. The bottom sides of the cushions were stained. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable. All the extra bedding was in the bedroom closet. I was not expecting to make the bed myself. There was a stain on the comforter on the main bed. There was a bandaid on the living room window and still tape leftover from previous guests. The side chair was also stained. One of the tall chairs at the table was coming apart. Saturday morning there were not any towels at the pool.

The breakfast is fine since pancakes is my favorite.

Well there is one staff who is really mean to speak with when im asking if it is possible if my friend and I could get a room next door,she could say that it's not in a nice way not in the way the she seems like upset when im asking her.I forgot her name but she was on a day shift on Oct.08 2022.We were check inn around 3pm she has black skin and breed hair.I want a complain for a manager but my husband doesn't want it..So I ended up here..Thankyou

The breakfast was amazing! The staff was kind and courteous. We were travelling from our farm to WPG for a routine checkup for my son, who has leulemia, and due to bad weather, had to stay in WPG for the night. I will recommend this hotel in the future.

It smelled like cigarettes in my room, and as a non-smoker, that was unpleasant. It was the only negative about that stay, but when you get stuck in the city like I did, one is merely relieved about finding a hotel with vacancy. Please do something about non-smoking rooms...

The bedding is so soft and clean! The beds are very comfortable. The room was very clean.

I really enjoy using the Keurig coffee maker that's in the room, but I wish the hotel would provide upgraded creamers in the room instead of the powdered creamer. It's just a thought, because the rest of my stay was just excellent.

Close to airport, walking distance to Pollo Park mall. Complimentary shuttle ride to airport. Continental breakfast with a good variety of everything.

We really appreciated the competent and very friendly nature of the desk and shuttle personnel. Everyone was very polite and helpful and seemed sincerely happy to be there and glad to help in any way we would require. We would certainly return to the same hotel in the future if travel plans required a stay in Winnipeg.

We thought the time was good . As far as the breakfast we thought it was fantastic , delicious and a great variety. Don’t change a thing, we’ll be back.

This was the second year in a row where the bathtub drain was plugged and after a shower we were standing in 5 inches of someone else’s water, Not good. Your staff working that evening was great in the problem retrobution.
