This is an upgraded two story motel in a rustic setting outside Bactouche NB. All rooms have a view of the bay. The staff was friendly and helpfull and breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean with modern facilities. We brought our bicycles and benefitted from the proxemity to the trails.

The common upper balcony is very narrow and difficult to navigate with suitcases around the deck chairs.

As always, my stay here was lovely. This is where I come when I need to escape my life. The sea is healing. The people are more like family now. They remember me from last year! I had a different room this time but it is as lovely as the one from last year. It's like coming home...only cleaner..lol. Stress free check in/out. Huge grounds to wander. Beach access to cast your worries into the sea. Breakfast and beverages in the morning to start your day off on a good note. Who could ask for more?! I love this place.

Big rooms, friendly staff and hot breakfast. Chantal is a gem.

The signage of the property on the street could be improved. The pillows were of poor quality. The TV service was odd as we could not access local channels like regular CBC and we could not sign into our own Amazon Prime account to access our channels, e .g. Britbox. Also the property claims to have a ‘sea view;’ it actually faces a river.

The owner is a lovely person. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. Breakfast cooked on demand complete with bacon and eggs. If you're traveling the coast of New Brunswick this is a great stop.

The room is a bit dated and there's not much insulation between rooms.

I loved the welcome of the staff..they were very friendly and helpful..the green and clean front space of the place..the view..for the price is very good..Great breakfast in the morning.. even if we were late they didn't have a problem on the contrary they were very hospitable.. thank you so much ..

Clean and quiet room. Very friendly staff. A Few minutes drive from Shediac and local sites and Restaurants. I recommend, i would book here again.

Shower head to high for my wife, she's only 5'3", (lol) TV too far from bed,

I truly appreciated the warm and helpful reception. I even got a phone call as a follow- up for my arrival because the front desk closes at 8 pm. Greast free breakfast! Nice little walk to the waterfront , in front of the hôtel.

We ran out of toilet paper and there was not a spare roll.I would have appreciated another clean towel,also.

The front desk agent was very nice. The layout of our room was really nice. At the end you have the bed and bathroom and in front of the room the sofa, TV, Chairs and table. They provide a good size fridge, Microwave, Toaster and a Keurig with Tim Hortons K-cup. The hot breakfast is good and a very nice added value. The bed is comfortable with good quality linen. Very quiet place. Hard to ask more for the price.

The toilet is too low and too small. It's maybe time to redo the bathroom. The exterior of the Motel need some love. A good student with painting skill and repair skill will do the job.

Cooked to order bacon and egg breakfast was great. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Shower water changed from icy to scalding and back frequently. Room could use some TLC.

Staff were super friendly. Even brought me breakfast because I was traveling alone with my large dog. WiFi was very fast. Good air conditioning! Water pressure was good. Super clean room; I walk barefoot and didn't feel any sand or dirt on the floors. Mini fridge, microwave, kettle and smart TV. Just a short 3km drive to restaurants and 17 minute drive to the fantastic beach of Irving Eco-center where they have free kennels for dogs while you enjoy the beach.

Walls are thin and you can here talking next door and foot steps from above floor
