Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Moncton

The place is in a great location! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good for American breakfast and everything was very clean. Beads were comfortable and room was spacious.

Running out of towels in the pool area wasn't cool and even after waiting half an hour - still no show. Glad I brought a towel from my room. Breakfast area is tight when many guests are in the area but the staff did their best to replenish the food quickly.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The breakfast was great and the lobby was modern and a nice hang out spot. The pool and slide were a highlight. We liked the hotel so much, we stayed an extra night. One night, the power went out in the whole city and surrounding areas in the evening for about 5 hours and the staff were very accommodating and helpful in making sure their guests still felt safe and comfortable. We had a great experience.

The didn't offer washers and dryers for guests which would have been helpful. The drain in the bathroom sink was slightly clogged.

The room was great, clean and well set up. The ability to bring a pet was just what I needed, and I was pleased with the quality of the room given it was pet-friendly. Plenty of free parking.

I was charged for the wi-fi use when I couldn't download anything with it. I called the front desk who said the manager would reverse the charge. At time of check-out it had not been reversed. I was also disappointed that the breakfast options weren't as varied as I would have liked.

Clean room, large, nice lobby breakfast area, liked the location even though it was about a 10 minute drive from downtown. House keeping staff were super friendly. Pool was small and warm and kids loved it. Usual "factory breakfast", bacon, eggs, beans, toast, pancakes, fruit and some muffins. Well stocked, friendly staff.

top floor has noise from the air conditioning, we had to change rooms as it was so loud like you were inside a dryer. Pool - parents do not supervise their kids and someone crashed into my son's head and two kids ended up coming right after him keeping him under water. Too crowded because it is so small and should have a life guard or some warnings for all users. For breakfast there was no option for those that do not eat pork. When I asked, they prepared turkey patties but they tasted and looked like dog food. Nowadays you can also offer turkey or chicken "bacon" or sausages.

The property was well maintained, breakfast was good with variety. The pool and water slide was a great feature, my kids loved it!

The property was not walking distance to any shops or restaurants. The front staff was not exceptionally welcoming or friendly. was never greeted with a smile and the few times i inquired for anything it felt like I was inconveniencing them. Not terribly impressed with customer service

This is a truly excellent hotel with great staff on reception (friendly, welcoming, and they gave me a GREAT recommendation for dinner). The room was very spacious and comfortable, with free wifi, everything exceptionally clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I overslept and missed the reportedly awesome breakfast. There is an indoor pool but I didn't take advantage of it. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and near good restaurants and shopping malls. I would very happily stay here again and again.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. My compliments to the management and staff.

Loved our room. We were by the elevators so i was worried about hearing ppl all night but the sound proofing was great too.

We had asked for an early check in but ended up not getting there till 4 and then because they were fully booked the night before the room still wasn't ready. But they took my number and within about 10 mins she called and said it was done so that was ok.

easy access right off the highway

dogs barking constantly across the hall: tried to have some pool time but there was about 7-8 kids screaming and yelling the whole time. [ no biggie they were kids having fun] the only recommendation I would have to any hotel with a pool is maybe certain hrs like 8-10 pm it would be adults only.

Typical normal Hampton Inn experience. Not a single issue with our stay. Kim at front desk gave recommendation for ordering food in to room and it stood up to the recommendation. Very quiet overall stay.

Only downfall would be the King bed in the room was quite a bit firmer than any king bed we have ever had while staying at a Hampton Inn.

Location. Rooms were clean. Staff were accommodating.

Perhaps hours could be set for families and adult time in pool. Would be nice to have breakfast extended to 10 am. When initially calling in to book, no one is available to take calls and voicemail was not returned. Ended up using booking.com.
