Traveled for medical appointment. We were able to get a room on the first floor, important for people with limited mobility. The location was close to lots of shopping and restaurant choices. There was a good luggage trolley available. I liked that reusable glass glasses and china cups were offered. I appreciate the consideration for the environment. Our dogs were welcome. There was a radio in the room. The morning desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were too thin for my liking. It was hard to figure out how to select channels on the TV. The evening desk clerk charged me a pet fee for each dog, but the morning desk clerk said she should have only charged the fee once and refunded the extra fees. There was a grassy area for walking my dogs, but it was pretty small and my dog found small, sharp bone fragments in the grass and tried to eat them.

When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was lovely and friendly. He was very helpful. The room was comfortable and it was ideal for a short stopover in Dieppe for my daughter's competition. The room was very clean and tidy. There is a fridge and a microwave, which we thought was great. My daughter used the pool and she loved it. The pool area was very clean.

It would have been nice to have something warm for breakfast but we can't complain, we enjoyed the muffins and cereal bars!

Super comfy. Rooms just big enough. Small continental breakfast. Lots od coffee. Ok pool area. Lots of parking. All the staff was very nice. Hot maintenance guy!

Just one incident is that the sink was plugged but we managed. Next morning i told the staff. They apologized and took care of it right away.

The breakfast was pretty good for the price. The self-serve is handy, and a person may go back for re-fills if they chooseļ. It was a pleasant change toĺ have a hard-boiled egg.

I don't remember what I didn't like because I was too excited about why we were there at the hotel. My husband would have liked an orange instead of an apple.

the rooms are clean staff is nice

in our room the toilet chain did not work when we got there so we fix it but it keep falling out so had to fix it everytime we wanted to flush . tried to tell the staff but no one was ever around. the breakfast is not very good . there was almost nothing there and we went early .

Good location, large quiet room (upper level) with sofa and chair, friendly staff.

Although the bed was comfy, I believe the sheets were synthetic - quite sweaty in the night despite the a/c. Buffet breakfast items (sausage, fried potatoes) were cold.

A.Real.Breakfast! It has been three years that Covid has made bag-breakfast the normal option. We had pancakes, eggs, juice, coffee, and plates with forks/knives/spoons. A clean modern pool. Staff that helped us get settled after a long day of travel.

Bigger towels would have made me more comfortable. The bath towels were good, but on the small side.

Staff are great, location as well. Very comfortable beds. Lots of towels were available. Restaurant just across the way is a bonus. Would certainly go back as well as recommend.

The staff was exceptional. Gisele went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. Nice to have a washer and dryer available. Location is great. A great place to eat in the same parking lot as well as a mall right across the street

Some comment about this place is that some workers spoke loudly in the corridor behind rooms. Also, the breakfast can includes more fresh products such as breakfast cheese.
