Our rooms met our expectations. There were 5 of us travelling and they gave us joining rooms so we could have 2 washrooms. This was very helpful getting ready for the day. Beds were comfy. Having a microwave was great for making popcorn after a long day exploring!!

Bathrooms need to be updated .We were disappointed the pool area was closed as that was one of the reasons we booked at this hotel. It was closed by the Dept. of Health, so unsure what was going on there. Needless to say my grandchildren were disappointed, however the manager on duty gave them free treats and beachballs. I could tell he felt bad for them and he was very friendly and kind. He didn't have to do this but we appreciated it.

This hotel was great in regard of the price we paid. Good location, perfect to go to Louisbourg or to downtown Sydney. Quiet, spacious and confortable room. Good beds. The breakfast is minimal and served in a bag at the reception but it is free and was enough for us. Coffee machine is in the room. If you want more food there is a MacDonald and a Tim Horton nearby. Louisbourg is not to be missed, it is exceptional, way more spectacular than we expected. A list of TV channels would be nice. Almost nobody ever offers one, even in luxury hotels.

Although the building has an older looking exterior the interior has undergone a great remodel. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our large room was very comfortable. We found many of the Sydney attractions including boardwalk, heritage homes and park were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again. It was good value.

There was a bag breakfast which included dry cereal, milk, juice, fruit cup and muffin. I understand that many properties are providing this due to COVID however I had understood it was not a bagged breakfast. This would not prevent me from returning to the Travelodge however.

The room was the perfect set up for me, my daughter and her 3 friends. We were in room 263 and the set up was just what we needed!

When booking I had stated 1 Adult and 4 children. when I went to pull out the couch I had to go looking for a pillow and blanket at front desk because there was none in room to make up pull out couch. I also asked for a plunger at 830in the morning because the toilet stopped flushing through the night…when I left at 1100 there was still no sign of anyone with a plunger. luckily enough we had the second bathroom so it wasn’t a huge issue.

the room was clean and well stocked. we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. the sauna was available but looked a little worse for ware. The breakfast was good. all around, i am satisfied with my stay

you need a specific key for the pool, not that this is something that i didn't like, it was a bit inconvenient. Besides that, the washrooms were a ta bit dated but you can tell they are trying to keep them functional and clean. the bathroom had a stange layout. the toilet and shower where seperated from the sink and there was no fan in the shower/toilet area which makes it steamy.

This hotel had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay while on a long road trip - big rooms, modern, comfortable, fridge & microwave, nice towels, ice, free parking and free breakfast. The staff was friendly and it was reasonably priced.

The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and someone stole the hook from behind the door - I reported both to the front desk and they promised they’d look into them. The ONLY negative of this hotel is that there is no elevator so it can be a good if you have lots of luggage.

The hotel was conveniently located for us and clean. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

I was disappointed when we got there and the room that we had reserved many months in advance was not available for us. They gave us a room at the same price and it was fine but I don’t understand why when you book six months in advance that you can’t get what you requested. Also the bathroom needs some updating and tub should be replaced.

Room, bed was great, clean room. Friendly staff. However, no AC in lobby & especially in the eating area for breakfast. It was very hot & humid! Breakfast was good but they ran out of eggs & hash browns & took forever for the staff to provide more. I never did get hash browns. Line up of guests waiting for eggs & hash browns. Big improvement needed there. And esp for the AC!

Lack of AC in lobby & dining room. Also, no dining service for meals other than breakfast.

Breakfast was fabulous! The beds were comfy, and the water pressure was fabulous! Location was amazing, easy to find, and easy to get around. Pool and hot tub looked good...and there was gaming tables for the older kids.

Stained carpets, and the bathroom was a bit worn. Unfortunately the phone didn't work, and there was only one towel in the room for a reservation for 3 people.
