No phone in room, (as not everyone has one)....towels too small for tall people, , maybe have a handbar in bathtub to grab onto. Maybe brighter lights in room, so not have to turn all lamps on.

The staff were outstanding, very helpful and accommodating. My spouse is disabled and they made sure everything was as easy as possible for us both. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfectly adequate for our requirements which was just somewhere to sleep comfortably for one night.
If you are expecting luxury, this isn't your place. It is clean, comfortable and friendly. Excellent value for the price.

Staff were very attentive when I asked for assistance with the TV (cable box was unresponsive so the manager replaced it). The room was quiet and clean. The location met my expectations completely. Location was easily accessible and I found it easy to get across Sudbury to continue on my way to Ottawa.
No issues with the room or the staff.

Easy booking. and easy checkout. Good quality and room size. Everything needed was provided. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Internet speed was superb. Overall the room was well supplied.
The floor was dirty. The curtains didn't block all the light in the morning. I had a late night and wanted some more sleep, if they were longer and met in the middle, the room would have been nice and dark.

Loved how clean the room was and it's excellent value for the money! :) Having a cold fridge, back door to the car, and having a microwave was such a treat! Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay! If we are back in Sudbury, we will definately be back!

As far as overall experience it was awesome but cleanliness was not up to par. The bathroom couldn't have been cleaned better. Found garbage under beds. Furniture was dusty

The room rate was good, and the location excellent. Close to Bell park and shops, etc. Check in was convenient and quick.
