This is a frugally operated establishment which is reflected in the prices. It also has a good selection of fitness equipment for those so interested, Breakfast is quite satisfactory from a serve yourself bar with bananas, orange and apple juice. Boiled eggs, cereal and milk, toast and jams, and other spreads, and a simple to operate waffle maker. It has become our choice of accomodation in the last few years for our of visits to the area. Not fancy but very clean with good beds.

1. Flimsy plastic water glasses are fine for me as they are discarded after a short term use. however a slightly better quality of utensils in the breakfast room would leave a better memory. 2. The property is quite large and is not landscaped and the entrance and the terrain does not give a very comforting first impression. I noticed a very nice assortment of flowering plants this year at the office entrance so I hope they will continue to improve the looks of the property, starting at the entrance from the road.

I liked that we were able to have breakfast early. There was enough choices, cereal, eggs, waffles, toast. Everything was organized and clean, The room was also very clean.

The only thing we did not like was the two very big black beetle bugs we found on the floor of the bathroom. Once we got rid of them there did not seem to have other bugs. Also we noted that the outside of building needed a little bit of attention. Grass, walkways and the building itself do not reflect the inside.

We liked the look and size of the room considering that this is a motel. To enter the room from a hallway (rather than directly from outside of the building) gives a feel of privacy and security. The room and bathroom didn't look rundown, and they were very clean. The hosts very friendly and approchable.

We stayed for four days, and the fact that the breakfast is the same every day, it becomes monotonous. However, we realize that many don't stay that long, so they won't be in this situation. This is not a complaint but a suggestion: have two diferent menus which alternate every other day.

Just an observation of first impressions.... It would be more welcoming if for example some landscaping or fresh hanging flower pots were hanging at the entranceway and the outdoor grounds better maintained. The outdoor upkeep could help with the aesthetics of the motel. Old chairs and faded plastic plants and overgrown weedy grassy areas looked unappealing..

Was newly renovated. Very clean. Our room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. Was perfect spot right beside whitewater lanes. We were there for a bowling tournament with the kids.

They didn’t let us know that the little kitchenette sink wasn’t connected so when I poured something down the drain it made a mess had to clean it up.

This quiet little motel just off the highway has all the basics needed when you are travelling. Our room was in an excellent location, between the breakfast/fitness room and the exit to one of the parking areas. The parking was ample and free. The complimentary breakfast had protein (boiled eggs) and many other basic breakfast items such as cereals, bread, english muffins, waffles!!!!, and yogourt. The fitness equipment was in excellent shape and good quality. The room had two beds and a sofa bed, microwave and small fridge. The desk was large enough to eat at, and a great spot for our reading material. The room fit all of our needs, as we simply needed a place to rest our heads at the end of the day. The mattresses were firm and the linens crisp and clean. We left after breakfast each morning and came back at night to a clean, tidy, freshened up room. Better than home! If you need a quiet place to rest your head at the end of a long day, this is a perfect spot! The complimentary breakfast is a bonus!

My partner and I have no complaints, this is the best value for our money we have received in our 20+ years of travelling together. The owners are extremely friendly, the hotel very quiet and comfortable and the location (right off the highway) couldn't be better. We strongly recommend this place and plan to stay there the next time we are in the area.

The location was good, right off the highway, with quick access to local stores. The room was comfortable, and although this is a hotel, the zig-zag shape of the building means there are many doors which give quick access to the parking lot. We were able to park with the motorcycles visible from our window. In the morning they opened all the doors on the hotel and the doors to the rooms being cleaned to let in fresh air, which was nice. In some areas that would be a safety concern, but I didn't have any worries. I didn't use it, but the fitness center looked amazing. Large, with lots of equipment and machines.

The room was a bit cold when we arrived, and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on or up (I'm sure they would have been happy to help, but I didn't ask). The room warmed up fast enough once we turned the AC off. The blankets were VERY heavy. Some people like heavy blankets, but I'm not one of them. The parking lot was gravel, which could be an issue for motorcycles. They were out of waffle mix when I went to breakfast, but again, I didn't ask for more.

The location is fine. 10 mins drive to Chelmsford and 20 mins to Sudbury. No concerns!

The Breakfast room was nice but not providing of good breakfast stuff. There was nothing to find what I like to eat. Not organized. No impressive and to showing the customer’s expectation. Go to McDonald’s or Tim Horton’s that they have better food.

We loved everything about this motel. Friendly and welcoming staff, super neat and clean room, lobby and the Kitchen area where the breakfast was amazingly organized and cleanliness next level. Fresh waffle making facility was the highlight. Perfect location.

This was 10 minutes from the chaos of downtown Sudbury- I appreciated the location as home for me is a remote town!

The hwy noise and loud train - luckily it was a time of year where I could turn on the air conditioner to drown out the traffic, might not be that easy with a heater.
