The staff was very nice. The room was very nice. I felt safe in the hotel. The room was very clean. The bathroom/shower was very clean. I thought it was a hotel that would get a lot of business. I thought it was a hidden gem.

The location and the parking lot were scary. The fact that the hotel had a security guard made me wonder if the hotel was safe and if the parking lot was safe. The family that I was there to see said a lot of homeless people hang around the hotel area. When I booked the hotel, I went by the pictures and how close it was to the funeral home we would be attending. I should have called my cousins for a recommendation, but I did not.

It seemed like they were also hosting people who needed physical rehab This was neither good nor bad just never seen that before In a busy downtown area with a lot of people walking around but parking was adequate

Lovely room, clean and fresh. Restaurant had excellent food and welcoming staff. Felt safe thanks to presence of security guard and well lit parking area. Some renovations underway but well managed, Reception staff went above to help with information and directions.

Whistling noise from plumbing of adjacent area (minor issue)

It was clean, well organized and had great Covid protocols. The beds were very soft and comfortable! We also were so respectful and appreciative of the fact that two floors were being used as “Rehab” floors for post surgery or injured patients from the hospital and we were reassured that to be there they could not be sick at all. Grateful for the Clarion’s community help in this pandemic.

No complaints. If we could have had a microwave in our room it would have been an added bonus but the lobby one was available and no line :)

I liked the location from our venue,

the pool was fairly dirty, as where the mattress protectors. I did not like that there was no washroom In the restaurant, you had to go downstairs and then go to the front desk for a code, then back to the bathroom.

I loved the fact that it was in walking distance to where I needed to be. it was very clean

great hotel, unfortunately the location at no fault of the hotel was a little sketchy

Pool area was spotless Security at the front and seen frequency walking the parking lot Room was clean except for a little dirt in the bathroom sink Bed was comfortable

Elevator had a bit of a smell almost like ammonia. Initial deposit for the room was $100 but when I wanted to pay it with debit instead of credit the deposit was increased to $250.

Very good price for a very clean, modern room. I liked that there was security onsite-gave me piece of mind for my vehicle.

Pool should have been open-Covid is just an excuse at this point.

Location and free parking was convenient

Didn’t know there was a breakfast no one advised us at check in, also our room keys were not working so it was a but of a pain to go back down and get new ones.

The loading an unloading zone by the entrance was fantastic. Travelling with equipment can be a real chore. This convenient zone made unloading and reloading far easier. I would very likely stay again if travelling to the area.

Ended up needing to drive a ways to find some drive-thru fast food. Next time I might order food in.
