The breakfast was excellent except the potato "buds" were hard and not cooked properly any morning..... Room was clean and comfortable.....

Due to the piles of snow outside, parking was limited and we were not able to park outside our room. Using the rear door for entry, one had to stand under a dripping roof while using the cardlock, and the step needed some repair as there was a low spot in it and became icy. We did have a couple of dogs with us and they stayed out in the vehicle....$25 per night per dog is excessive when the dogs would be crated in the room overnight if brought in. No way to know what TV stations are which channels....a channel guide would be nice.

The room was big with 2 double beds. It was clean, and it offered a good chair and table. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Lots of counter space for your toilet bag. Wifi worked well. A relatively generous breakfast is included in the price. For me the close bus depot of Ontario Northland was a big bonus. If you are traveling by bus it is an excellent location. VIArails Sudbury Junction station is about 4.4 km away. The distance is not too far for walking as long as the weather is decent.

Convenient location for shopping and to attend hockey tournaments. Breakfast selection and the breakfast area were very good. Quiet stay, despite hotel being quite full.

Lack of snow removal in parking lots made finding a parking spot close to room very difficult. Snow piles should have been removed throughout the winter. Room rates are higher than expected for a facility with no pool or other amenities.

Breakfast tasted great, however no one was ever around to pick anything up off of floor or clean up the mess on counters and tables so it was very messy looking if you went anytime after 8am.

The messy dining area and the lack of vacuuming under the beds in the rooms. Other than that, it was great. Just need more people on the clean up crew maybe??

The breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful.

The patio doors on our room need some work. Broken door handles with exposed sharp edges. I would also recommend a few more outdoor ashtray locations to avoid the butts on the grounds. Just to aid staff in keeping the grounds cleaner. Sadly my fellow smokers are not very polite in this manner.

Offered ice lemon water in the lobby that was good. The breakfast included was good. The shampoo and soap was good quality.

Pillows needed replacing. Staff was a little disorganized at check-in. Bit other than that was a good stay.

Breakfast was good and sufficient, coffee excellant

I had the hardest time to reach your hotel from the Kingsway,could see the sign had a round about time getting there without having to stop and ask directions

Our room needed some updates, the carpet made the room smell musty, there was a hole in the lampshade and some tears in the curtains, hooks for hanging missing and although the towels were clean there were old stains in the towels

Good,the eggs ,didn’t taste like eggs
