The room is big and quiet despite being close to the highway, and was cleaned everyday. The outdoor spaces are a nice touch with tables and BBQ. There is a supermarket and gaz bar right next to the motel, and downtown Huntsville is a 5 minute drive with cute restaurants/pub by the river. Overall the motel feels safe, quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast offers some variety of options but everything is premade. The only opening window in the bedroom is tiny, so the room doesn't smell fresh. The motel is next to the highway in a retail area.

Location was awesome... we parked our car and walked to the downtown. Essentially everything we had interest in was within walking distance. Very much enjoyed the breakfast. Wonderful selection. Helpful and courteous staff.

The hotel is a little older... but wouldn't say we didn't like it. Traditionally with older properties you are privileged to have larger outdoor space to enjoy and this is true with this location. Ground floor rooms actually have a walk out patio door. This is an awesome feature should you be travelling with pets.

I liked that we had a room with sliding door so we could park at that. Overall the breakfast was good and the staff keep refilling so nothing ran out. The shower had good pressure.

The juice at breakfast was very watered down. The breakfast room was small compared to the size of the hotel. The beds were alittle uncomfortable. They charged my credit card before we got there to check in.

The breakfast is great! So many choices and the amount is more than enough (can pack some for snacks). Room was clean and exactly what we expected and requested.

We requested a room by the back on the main floor due to a pet that is blind and disabled and it is difficult to have a room on the second floor. We were put at the side beside a door that leads out to the back. Perfect for our poor girl. The only issue we had was the door leading outside slams when people go in and out - there is no device to slow it down when closing - so when other patrons left at 5 or 6am the door slammed waking us up.

room was nice and clean, hotel was quiet. check in and checkout was easy.

my only complain which would be so for any hotel is the in room coffee. it seems to be there as an afterthought. some creamers in the fridge would be better than that powdered non dairy whitener. they do offer breakfast though so maybe that’s why, I just much prefer to have a quiet coffee in the room alone while I wake up but that’s just me.

I have stayed here many times and have found it to be comfortable, clean, quiet & conveniently located (to both the highway to Algonquin Park & amenities in town)! The staff are friendly & efficient. The free breakfast set-up was bright & offered a satisfying range of food. Always pleased - keep it up!

The air conditioner was on when it was cool outside and I couldn’t just switch it off or turn it to fan (my preference) so I had to unplug it.

Breakfast was quite nice. Bacon, eggs, cereals (hot and cold), fruit, yogurt, bagels, pancakes, waffles, coffee, tea, juices and just enough tables to keep things moving. Great bed, nice fridge.

The place is really clean, though there were a couple of small mold spots in the bathroom that could be easily rectified with a little bleach, nothing that would make me hesitate to stay.

It was a clean little restaurant area with plenty of food and lots of variety. Everything was fresh, staff were friendly and it was maintained very well.

I have no complaints about the restaurant as it was clean and well maintained with a variety of fresh food and plenty of everything we needed.

Beds were super comfy, pillows especially. Soft pillows, not those hard types common on most other hotels. Silent, great curtains to block the light. Walking distance from several basic commercial places (pharmacy, grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants).

clean and comfortable. we had no issues with anything. breakfast was varied, even had hard boiled eggs. could have had a healthier choice of cereals and bread.. but I suppose those don’t get chosen so why stock them! we will stay again .

need an dark mask as light gets in at night. heater a little noisy so I just turned. it off. (I am sensitive to light and mechanical noises)
