We enjoyed the smart TV options, the open space, the kitchen area as well as the open field, bbq and fire pit

The internet was super slow, I used my own data for faster service as calls were being dropped. Beds are not comfortable, a little hard and noisy Kitchen floor was dirty and sticky Kitchen sink may have a clog or just a slow draining process. Stove didn't work at first until I fiddled with the burners. Pans were old and dirty, not enough utensils , flat pillows and I had to search for the phone jack to plug the phone in when I needed to call front desk.

Extraordinarily beautiful piece of property, room was small but adéquate, bed was very comfortable to sleep on. good location close to Huntsville, restaurants, 2 parks, my husband is an avid fisherman and was happy with good fishing spots, the room was warm and the water was hot, polite and helpful staff.

The bath tub water could not be turned off completely; the height of the bed - too high to be comfortable to sit on; the internet signal was sometimes too weak - I missed an interactive on-line conference; I would have appreciated a desk and sturdy but comfortable chair with a back; I did not use the dresser at all.

I appreciated the large, clean room with a nice patio out the back. While I didn’t partake of them, there were barbecues and a fire pit on site. I also understand that canoe rentals were available and I wished I had known about that earlier.

Arriving on a rainy day, I found the gravel parking lot a bit annoying since it was difficult to not track dirt into the unit. There was a mat provided to walk on to keep the carpets clean. The provided free WiFi was not functioning for part of my stay, but that was Bell Canada’s fault.

Close to the campsite where my friends were camped. Comfy room. Kitchen. Heaps of parking.

Bathroom needs a refurbishment. It looks gloomy. Walls hv stains. The room doesnt hv enough lights. Too big for solo traveller. I expected to get a single bed kind of room for myself.

Loved the location Only expected the basics Upon arrival was told there had been an urgent plumbing problem with the room we booked and it was unavailable They had tried to call us to cancel but could not reach us They made another room that was not quite finished available for us. We were very happy with that as all rooms in area were booked. We would go again.

Located close to the Big East river with access to a very nice beach. Room was clean. Good value for discounted cost.

Internet was not stable but I didn't go there for internet anyway.

With some minor upgrades like bathtub Couple of chairs were wobbly Clean linen Dish towels And dustpan This place would be heaven It's a very cute cottage and we would rent it again but with the right tlc this would be the perfect family getaway 💖

The room was very clean and plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a blast swimming in the river and really enjoyed the nice clean beach area.

The stove took a long while to heat up. Other than that the room was great. Would have been nice to have been told that the deck was being rebuilt, I was looking forward to waking up early and sitting on the deck to enjoy the sunrise but couldn't because the deck was being rebuilt.

Location was amazing! Loved being so close to town, but away from the “city” aspect.

We would’ve appreciated a little bit of a cleaner room. Quite a few spiderwebs, some stains on the blankets and mattress, and a stained shower curtain, as well as a stained sponge when we arrived.

The room was immaculate, the bed super comfortable. The beautiful 11 acres of property are in peak fall colours, gorgeous to explore. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The cost was very reasonable.
