The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. I also liked the full kitchen including the dish washer! The staff were excellent. The facility was super clean and the pool quite refreshing.

I would have preferred a coffee maker in my room instead of an espresso machine. Not everyone likes espresso but most everyone would like their morning coffee without having to go to the lobby to get it. It's a new hotel so there are a few small things still needing completion. I didn't like the construction going on next to the hotel and the shared road that the gravel trucks have made into potholes. Doesn't look like that's going to change anytime soon.

The room was really nice and spacious. Having the Kitchenette was very helpful. They set us up with a Crib for my baby. The breakfast was pretty good. It was nice to have coffee available 24/7 as well.

I think hotels really cheap out when they don't offer daily housekeeping. I'm paying $200+/night to stay here. I understand pausing it during COVID, but I'm not thrilled when a hotel does it nowadays. Also the breakfast food was fine but the hotel didn't seemed well staffed for the breakfast, a lot of the food was running out very quickly during peak hours and most people needed to sit in a board room. Also, they only had one high chair for the entire facility.

The bedroom is clean, bright and comfy. The parking lot is good, despite it is open and could it be a problem during winter time. Certainly it’s location nearby commerce and an easy access toHighway 60 is um up and really facilitates all those who are visiting Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial Parks. The staff is friendly and the hotel is pet friendly what is a great value.

The points ti be addressed about breakfast are they could have more options for bread, cheese and fruits. Not to mention the size of coffee station and room where it is served which I considered a such little small for the number of rooms, mainly during periods of Holliday or extended weekends that makes more difficult for guests to find a place to seat and staff refuel coffee stations.

It was fine. End time a bit early for us,would have been better for us to end at 930 or 10am We had asked prior to arrival for a change in the room to the main floor for easy accessibility. This was done with no problem. Helpful person by phone.

We are seniors,aged 78 and 88. The "handicap" parking spot was close to door and our room which was 102. My husband uses a walker and the distance was not far so that was good. The suite was lovely. The main concern is the shower. The sliding door made it harder for me to assist my husband. The nonslip floor of the shower is good. The main concern is that there is no grab bar to provide support and safety. As an older person myself, this feature would also be good for safety. I suggest that you look at your accessibility and safety measures. I understand from speaking with desk staff that the "handicap" units on the floors have bathtubs. You need to have a consultant who knows safety and accessibility to ensure that the units are actually user-friendly for people with handicaps.

The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. The price was not bad at all if you compare it to other hotels and motels where we stayed during our trip. Of course there were also cheaper ones but if you compare quality/price this was on top. The staff with whom we were in contact, they had real smile on their faces, they took eye contact and were really polite and helpful.

The breakfast was not so delicious and it was poor like it is also in other places. For us as Europeans it is difficult to understand why breakfasts are so plain in USA and Canada. OK maybe it is not so healthy to eat too much and we got our stomach full. There were some construction works on and we did not find parking place in hotel's yard so we had to leave our car in Wendy's(?) parking lot and found some claims on windshield from them in morning.

When we booked it stated it was a 1 star hotel by this time I was notable to cancel. When we to there we were very disappointed to find a small and full parking lot (we arrived quite late with a tired toddler and restless dog) once inside staff was amazing, very friendly (all staff) and then when we go to the room it was even more pleasant we were amazed about the size of the room, the cleanliness of it and just wow!!!! This location has a very nice and cozy breakfast environment ... The food they served was great, lots of varieties and freshly served.

When we arrived there was no room for parking which was very upsetting since it was very late and we had a very tired toddler and a restless dog but once in the hotel it just made us feel amazing. When we went to use the bathroom there was no soap by the sink and at the body wash container in the shower was empty. We did request some but forgot to pick it up from the desk.

1. The rooms were beautiful and so modern 2. View was amazing for sunrise and set 3. The pool was great and the temperature perfect 4. The workout room was PERFECTION for a small hotel!!! Especially coming from a body builder. 5. The breakfast was great, even though only half the stuff was available due to a recent flood. We were impressed still 6. ALL the staff we came into contact with were AMAZING, KIND AND SO RESPECTFUL. 7. The bathrooms were very nice including the pool washroom and hallways in lobby area. 8. It was overall very clean in the whole building

1. We didn't have any hand soap to wash our hands in the bathroom 2. The shower drain and behind the toliet seat where the seat clips meet the toliet were both unclean

Brand new hotel with generously sized and well designed rooms/suites. Probably the first time a hotel looks better in real than on pictures. Breakfast selection is what you can expect in big hotel chains, but it was nicely presented and there was enough of everything. Location is convenient for travels. Overall a very positive and comfortable experience. Wouldn‘t hesitate to book it again.

Not a fan of the sheets/blanket, it‘s far too fussy, would prefer a simple duvet. Pillow is not exactly high quality either, but maybe it‘s washable so that‘s good.

Excellent continental breakfast! Could be more user friendly or sign/instruction in clear language. A full Sise stand up refrigerator, freezer, utensils, plates, mugs, bowls, dishwasher, big size shampoo etc bottles attached on the wall, modern cute night stands exceeded expectation. Lounge, cute art paintings, everywhwre represents the location.

I booked 2 queen beds in 2 queen rooms, but got 1 bed and another pull out bed in each. 1 pillow was without case, another, the case was inside out. Room/ furniture can use some dustings, wiping.

Newly built property! Suite was modern, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with sink, microwave, fridge and Nespresso. Room could easily sleep 6, with a privacy curtain for the pull out sofa. All day complimentary coffee is available in lobby.

Breakfast is average, although selection is good. I left my Crocs in the gym, called on my way home and staff put them aside in a "safe place" for my friend to pickup when she goes to Huntsville. One month, later...they can't find them or have discarded them. No compensation offered for my loss :(
