The breakfast was excellent - I read some reviews that mentioned that when I booked the hotel and they were right. The breakfast staff were so nice as well. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool wasn’t the greatest but it was a pool and the kids liked it so that’s good enough for me! it was also really close to lots of different restaurants so that was convenient as well.

It is not the fault of the property - however someone tried to steal the catalytic converter from our vehicle overnight and it happened to be parked in an area not covered by the security camera so .. maybe make sure to park in a spot where there is a camera. Aside from that (which I hope is a rare event) the property was great.

The room is spacious. Clean and Internet is fast. Parking is free. Breakfast is good , environmental friendly. Staff is friendly too.

Elevator is old an slow

The rooms are all updates beautifully. The entire building is spic and span clean! Yes I said it. The staff are top notch, very polite and accommodating. The pool was amazing with the hot tub, although first thing in the morning it’s not as warm. The hot breakfast was phenomenal. Had waffles, toast, jams and spreads, fresh juice, two types of croissants, scrambled eggs(good ones at that), sausage bacon and home fries. Fruit and yogurt. Cereal as well. Such an amazing display.

That the shampoo was horrible, it was like washing your hair with glue! Horrible. And they sell toothbrushes for $5!!!!! That’s terrible IMO . Walmart and No frills often have toothbrushes on for $1, in which they could still triple their money selling good ones for $3, which someone is more apt to pay. Not $5 for a single use

Breakfast had many choices and saved us a lot of time. Shower was a modern surprise with 4 shower heads. Alcove desk (top floor) Nice bed presentation and maids Nice lighting options in our room Pool Outside of downtown so we could get a break but close enough to do our sight seeing efficiently and leave toronto without going through the traffic on our departure day.

Lack of places to hang towels in bathroom Price was higher than we signed up for at the desk. Fan/ air was on and off a lot waking us up. No carpet Light coming in from hall door Need extra plug by bed for phone charging

TV ...no explanation ..for the choice of channels ...impossible to get answers at the reception when I asked ...only one channel seemed to be working properly . Reception ....I dealt with 2 different people : one VERY unpleasant..seemed to be SO busy with the computer....that I felt I would be a nuisance to ask questions The other one ..so, helpful , and smiling : so my opinion is difficult to rate !

Staff were all friendly. We just stayed one evening- room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice- nice touch was real plates and silverware to eat from.

Needs t ohave more towel racks in bathroom and a full length mirror would be great.

Room was spacious, clean, and perfect. Bed was super comfortable, great sleep. Loved the multi faucet shower, dormer windows and skylights Breakfast was excellent, hold, cold, dry, and ready to make options, plus fruit and yogurt. She packed us a bag of muffins and croissants to take when she found out we were going to be at a funeral that day. Stay fed.

Noise does carry from one room to next. Sound proofing between rooms could be better. It wasn't excessive, but it was noticeable Was hot in the hallway, compared to our rooms.

We loved the hot breakfast that included so many tasty food (scrambled eggs, sausages, croissant, jogurt, fruit salad, coffee, juice, tea, milk, etc). They provided real porcelan plates, and silverware. Easy check in/out. Friendly staff, clean room and property. Plenty of free parking space. Next to highway but still quiet. Not far from Toronto, so it is worth to stay a bit out of the big, expensive city.

Not much. Maybe the price was a bit higher due to the weekend stay.

Service was great, kind and caring people here! Stayed a day longer than expected because of a complication with my Mom’s surgery and they were very supportive. Good breakfast selection and good room. 👍

Right by highway, so somewhat noisy location, but loud fan in the bedroom constantly running was actually good at drowning out the noise from the highway.

Breakfast was great every day. A wide variety of choices of hot or cold food, and a wonderful lady who saw to it that the eating area was clean and the food was hot and fresh. On the days that we couldn't make it to breakfast, she always offered us fruit or muffins, and on the day we left for the airport too early for breakfast , she sent us on our way with two bags of croissants! She was a gem! Also enjoyed the gym - I always had it to myself, and there was a nice variety of equipment. Also, the cleaning crew was quick to make up the room when we went out.

There were issues with the elevator, but only on one day. The room was a bit warm at night, but to be fair, we didn't turn on the A/C. Also, the hot tub was only slightly warmer than the pool, and the sauna was closed.
