Very comfortable room, excellent price, friendly and helpful staff. The pool and hot tub were great. The lobby area was very well appointed. Didn't have the breakfast but saw lots of happy faces eating there in the morning. Location is super, right by the QEW but didn't really notice the noise until morning rush hour, and even then it didn't disturb our sleep.

There is one elevator that travels to the 5th floor "only", yet it once stopped at the 2nd floor and my (tween-aged) kids encountered some sort of dark storage area, and exited the elevator, assuming it would be the lobby. I'm grateful my husband was with them to yank them back into the elevator before the doors closed -- they would have been terrified if the doors had closed behind them! Honestly though, that's the only thing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good location, nice personnel, clean. I expected the common area and the pool to be larger, as the pictures created this feeling. It feels a bit small. Overall it was a good stay.

1) Stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same every single morning, with no change at all. I was tired of having exactly the same breakfast items every morning. 2) The water in the Jacuzzi seemed old- it had so much chlorine and bubbles in it so it was very hard to breath, and after using it I had a skin irritation. 3) There was a requirement to shower using soap before entering pool but there was no soap provided. 4) There was a heavy cooking smell every evening in the common area coming from the restaurant.

We travelled from out of town to visit the animal hospital so we needed a place close by. It was close to things to do and food. The breakfast buffet was really good. Decor and ambiance was nice.

It's beside a highway which you can hear but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Our room was not very clean, stains on the wall and under the bed looked like it has never been vacuumed. Pillows were way too flat.

The hotel & the room both were nice, neat and clean. The stuff were very friendly to talk to. Highly recommended.

Wish they have more options for breakfast. They need to fill up the empty containers a lil more faster. And also they need to expand the breakfast area or maybe they can remove some chairs to make it a lil more walkable. Also, we had coffee in our room, we were expecting some tea bags as well.

very large room large wet room with loads of space you could ask for the room to be cleaned every day or when you want which for me I didn’t bother as I had a nice laying as my lift didn’t come until lunch time .the have a small gym and indoor swimming pool I had just room with 2 5’ beds I was a solo traveler my 7 day trip including few extras was less than £700 that included 2 breakfasts I would recommend to anyone. enjoy your trip

it would have been nicer if near to my brother but £ rotor 15 for taxi if he had a drink. which

Good quality of the room - it was spacious, with convenient furniture and well equipped bath room. Convenient location - next to a high-way which is great when you travel on high-ways and you need to save a time avoiding entering inside bigger towns or cities.

Breakfast could have bigger variety of food to choose from. Breakfast was self-service type therefore was not clear why there was a request for a tips.

We choose this hotel because of its location and the brand it represents. It met our expectations in every sense.

We didn't use much of the facilities, but if there's one thing that could be improved is the smartphone-app-as-a-key functionality. It didn't always connect and we had to use the key card which we had as a backup.

The hotel is new with modern and nice decoration and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the swimming pool at the end of the day made our stay perfect.

We stayed three nights and we had no cleaning service. It seems that cleaning and complementary shampoo and coffee is provided only after requesting it at the reception but it is something I don´t like in an hotel.

it was quiet, staff was amazing ,especially gentleman at the front desk checking us in.. room was clean and comfortable. thank all involved

The breakfast was good, felt that you are eating at the restaurant. Really worth extra money when you book hotel. Kids enjoyed waffles and cereal. Loved that they served almond milk too.
