The suite was very spacious and very clean. It has a kitchenette with a full-size fridge that was convenient. Tim Horton’s and Wendy’s only few steps away. Convenient laundry room for the guests.

There is no room service: nobody came to make the bed or take the garbage until we asked repeatedly. we found this unusual and a bit of an inconvenience because we had dinner in the room often. We also had to ask to have clean towels and extra toilet paper. This should not be so: it’s not self-catering accommodation. We understand not changing the towels, certainly not changing the sheets for a 5 night stay, but not even stepping in the room to vacuum seemed too much. We also did not like that the breakfast is served until 8… and there are few tables so we ended up going to Tim Horton’s every day. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay again but the maid service should really be daily.

The property offers a really nice breakfast and the room was comfortable and spacious. However, it did smell like cigarettes. The shower was my personal favourite, with 3 settings for the shower head, it was really relaxing!

Overall, a very nice experience. However, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the amount of shampoo/conditioner provided was insufficient for 2 people. Breakfast was good, with a make-your-own-waffles station, but lacking variety in fruits, cereals, and milk.

The staff were most accommodating at check-in, explaining the inn's features & where everything was. Our room was large and well-appointed. Plenty of free off-street parking. Breakfast offered a wide choice of foods. The gym was basic but enough for a decent workout. Good value for money - we will happily stay again!

The in-room kitchenette area (sink, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hot plate, etc) was nice, though I didn't use it much. The room was recently remodelled and has nice new/modern furniture.

The room has been remodelled recently and looks really nice, but the washroom/shower doesn't work as well as it looks... low water pressure, narrow shower, faucets and fixtures not properly installed. The shower works well, but not my favourite.

it was a good basic hotel. there’s no elevator since it’s only 2 stories but still have to lug your bags up a flight of stairs

breakfast is very basic and at the moment you can’t serve yourself, so the young man working was doing the best he could to keep up with peoples breakfast requests.

Breakfast was modest but definitely sufficient for the room rate charged. First day I had bacon, eggs and coffee. Day 2 I had double the eggs as there was no bacon and water.

On checkout at 6:30 am, the individual was too busy (taking inventory of their chocolate bars at the front desk) to get me a copy of my bill (for expense purposes) and that they would email me a copy. A day later I am still waiting for my bill.

The hotel was very easy to access. The room was large and clean. The common areas felt new and fresh and looked very clean. We used the fitness room and it had what was necessary for a short workout. The breakfast room was sufficiently large and had a good selection for breakfast. Check-in and -out were efficient.

It was nice and comfortable, we felt like we were at home. It was a positive environment with a warm welcoming. The breakfast was great, and always fresh. I will defiantly be back, and also recommend this property to my family and friends.

I wish the shower was hand held, but besides that it was great.

So I'd like to comment on the lady manager, who is extremely hardworking, polite, and decent. Have complete command of his team and be able to manage things quickly. After the housekeeping was finished, she went through each room. She is concerned with every detail of the hotel. I don't remember her name, but I know she's Spanish.

Perfect breakfast with hot and cold options. 24 hour complimentary coffee and tea if you don't want to take a 5 minute walk to Timmy's or Wendy's next door. Rooms are very spacious.

Noisy departure guests slamming the doors at 6:00am. Have some consideration!! Maybe some soft closing mechanism on the doors would be nice.
