A perfect location in Port Credit. Within walking distance of everything, including the GO Train. While I agree with others that some of the furnishings are dated, everything in my suite was very clean and comfortable. The sheets and bedding were great and the bed itself was very comfortable. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again.

There was very little in the kitchen. Not sure if this is because of my short stay or if the kitchens are just poorly stocked. Would appreciate a little more cutlery and at least a pot though. It would also be nice to have a chair or two on the balcony. I'll be sure to inquire at reception next time. The windows (outside) could use a good cleaning. These are just minor things though as, overall, I had a great stay.

Really good hotel here. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice and there was a big living room with a couch and TV. Fridge and kitchen area, coffee machine. There was a balcony too which was nice. Staff polite and friendly and the bar and restaurant strip was right outside the front entrance which was convenient. Great place, would recommend.

You need to put a $500 credit card deposit when you check in. They do tell you about this in advance and everything worked out fine, just make sure you're able to do that!

Location is good, we had a room overlooking Lake Ontario. Car parking was just around the corner, reasonable and safe. Our room would have been good for a longer stay, it had cooker, fridge microwave in a kitchenette. Lounge and balcony. Quite comfortable overall and in a good location for touring upo or down the lake. Restaurants and main street within a short walk and very good.

Arriving by car it is not entirely clear where to unload. There is a bay for short stay but you have to climb some steps with luggage. Luckily it is not busy and there was no rush.

Ideal location, very central to town with beautiful views of harbour and lake. Ideal if you don't want the hustle of the city but can easily travel there by Go. Lots of fantastic restaurants within minutes. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment which had a big comfortable sofa bed in living area. Apartment was very clean and beds were so comfy.Staff were lovely, nothing was a problem.

The view, having 2 big balconies with insect nets, nicely sized suite with all amenities and enough space, storage room for clothing and belongings, good WiFi, friendly and helpful staff, great location with a lot of food & transit options, parks and the Lake at the foothold of the building.

Wish there were slimmer pillows, a second chair in the dining area, and a firmer mattress.

The property was centrally located and close to stores and coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

The room did not have a pleasant smell. It smelled musty. The curtains and drapes needed to be washed. The carpet was a little dirty.

Location, Apartment space

It was two bedroom apartment, plenty of Space , a private balcony, overlooking the Harbor… it was a fantastic stay … I would definitely come back again .. I used to stay in Square One area but this is way better

We enjoyed the Port credit town. It could have been better if we could stay the room with lake ontario and CN tower. (I know it is difficult to allocate in prior but if we could specify the room with additional money, it may work.

Door lock for the patio was not working well.

The condo layout and facilities were ideal for a 'home from home' experience. Very clean, comfortable and peaceful.

The cooker wasn't working and if I had booked for a week I would like everything to be fully operable but I made do with just the microwave and dining out.
