Comfort Hotel

The hotel is very clean and it worth the price you pay for. The location is close to Niagara and just doesn’t have the view of the fall. Beds are not that comfy but still acceptable for one night. By the way, you have to pay for the parking separately. Breakfast is okay too.

The information on the website is misleading and unclear. Do not trust booking the hotel online. For example the parking fee is hidden. The hotel shows pet friendly but the website doesn’t show the fee unless you book and once you book the cancellation is not free! Do Not Book online!

The location was very convenient and easy to find. The hotel is very close to the falls — only a 10-15min walk to get there and enjoy all the attractions in downtown. The place was quite nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. At first, I was placed in a room next to the pool and it was very loud (with kids playing and shouting), so I asked if I could be moved to a different room the next morning, and they moved me immediately. Thanks for that!

I didn't like that they charged my card prior to my arrival to the hotel. I was hoping to use a different card to pay for my stay, but they had already processed the transaction when I got there, so I had no choice. Also, I am used to pay for everything at check-out, like most hotels do, so I thought it was weird that I had to pay for everything before I even entered my room. Also, parking in the hotel premises could be a bit less expensive.

Clean, breakfast was great, washroom and bed was clean, love the flooring.

I asked to have a separate room non conjoined room, and I couldn’t get it even tho I booked my room and paid for my room in advance a while ago and they said they have no space. The people in the next room were extremely loud and were laughing and talking obnoxiously loud and the door separating the doors was very thin. I called the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. We were able to switch our room but we had one bad night because of the noise of our neighbours, everything else was great.

it was clean. the staff was friendly and explained well. the food at breakfast was really good. swimming pool was good too but wish it was little bit warmer. lots of spots for parking. they have about three security guarding the doors. felt safer to stay. they provided good service.

they gave me an upgrade to little bit bigger bed which was good cause we brought our dog. but what was not smart was putting a family with baby right beside our room. you can hear everything they say even they talk little louder so imagine if a baby crying all day and night long. idk why the baby was crying so much hut it was not easy for us to sleep and keep our dog quiet all the time. our dog keeps quiet if i hold him but i cant be holding him while sleeping. so i didnt get a good rest and enough sleep that i needed. so maybe next time put kids or baby separate from dogs room. when i told them that, they did say at least they can do is refund the parking to compensate but i’ll see if i will actually get refunded or not

For the last minute price paid per room (approximately 90cad which included breakfast), we were quite happy with our rooms, the service and breakfast. Rooms were a nice size and clean, the beds were comfortably and room amenities were satisfactory (there was a small fridge, microwave, tv, hair dryer, iron etc). Breakfast was pretty decent with several options of breads, pancakes, cereal, nuts, fruits etc that were all delicious.

Other than a small lobby area with limited seating, we were satisfied with everything else.

liked that there was a small fridge and a microwave in the room. Room was on ground floor which made it easy to take our dog outside.

Someone in the hotel was smoking pot and we could smell it in our room

Great selection for breakfast. Dining hall a bit small but food can be easily can be taken to the room. Staff are very friendly and help anyway they can

The rooms are so small! Pictures and in person a complete difference. Personally felt like price paid should have warranted a larger room. Wasn’t told there would be a connecting door to the room next door. Was asked to turn down the TV (as I’m sure it’s hard to sleep at 1am with the TV on) but I find it difficult to sleep without it on and felt like I was being a nuisance just because the rooms were super close together. Layout design flaw

The hotel has amazing amenities such as breakfast buffet, swimming pool, ice machine, snacks and drinks $, coupons for Niagara’s attractions. Staff is super friendly and very gracious! Room was comfortable, tv was big, ac was great, beds were great.

Hotel was amazing. If I’m nitpicking I’d say Breakfast didn’t have scrambled eggs and bacon or croissants as advertised, they had boiled egg, 3 styles of sausages and danishes. All exceptional either way. The pool could use blinds or curtains for privacy.

I actually was happy with everything * pool was good and temp was nice * breakfast buffet was awesome and tons of choices to have. Advise going between 7am-8am as its not overly busy * Location is good about 15min walk to Clifton Hill area .. which actually feels like less because of all the stores and stuff to on your way * they have a coffee bar at the back entrance area and computers * staff was very friendly and helpful * room was nice and clean when we arrived * they have snack items near front desk of you need to munch or their is a tim hortons and pizza pizza litterly across the road in the gas stations *beds were so comfy

it was clean and quiet the bed and pillows were very comfy , breakfast was really well done with selection for everyone staff was polite pool was really well kept and weight room a nice bonus with good equipment really liked the green policy of just ask if you need something otherwise no one enters your room excellent value for the money

was a little further from the main area than I thought but still very reasonable distance felt the area was a little sketchy at first but it turned out to be fine
