Falls Lodge & Suites

The room was big and the private entrance was great, the hotel itself is very beautiful on the outside the room was a little outdated the furniture but still very nice and the bed was very comfortable we really enjoyed the location as was a 10 minute walk to everything the room was very big and for the price you can't go wrong I would definitely stay here again

The only thing I can say I really didn't like was I wish they had some more bigger towels in the bathroom as there was two of us and we had share one but they were really good at getting us clean new towels so other than that everything was really great I have no complaints

I was able to book a room with three double beds which allowed me to travel with my family in one room. Parking was easy, staff was friendly, and we were able to walk to the falls without having to pay for more parking. The room had great a/c, a fridge, and a microwave. The staff allowed me to leave my car in their lot for a few hours after checkout so I could spend more time at the falls without paying yet again for parking in Niagara Falls. That was very nice of them.

the room was clean, but showing its age. the room wasn't dirty by any means, but you could see around the bathroom and sink area that it didn't have the sparkle that a newer facility would have.

Clean, great location within walking distance from the falls, big parking lot. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were good sized so the kids could jump and crawl around comfortably. Fridge and microwave in the room made meals easier. Good sound insulation so we weren’t bothered by any noises from neighbouring rooms. Was also very cheap compared to other places we’ve stayed in with no apparent advantage really.

The only thing wrong is the stairs. The property is not very accessible as there are stairs everywhere which is difficult with a stroller and wagon for people trying to move kids and luggage, or anyone with accessibility issues. Even staying on the ground floor we had to go up and down these steep narrow stairways.

location was okay; not at the centre, but close enough to walk. the price was reasonable, I suppose. It seemed that hotels and the city were nearly empty until the weekend.. the room was nice and clean.

a deposit of $150 is unnecessary and unexpected parking charge o $10 per night should be included. There is absolutely no cost to the hotel to have a parking space used you should remember to clean under the bed so three are no "surprises"

Value, location and day/afternoon staff!

Absolutely disgusted with the night staff. Telling me I had to pay for parking because I come and go. I have never ever paid for parking and have spent thousands of dollars with you. I only come when my wife needs to have a shower and then we leave and park at the casino. If he would’ve looked at the cameras, you would not Recinos there last night because we did not park at the lot. But if this is how we are going to be treated after spending so much money with you, we will find other accommodations. I am very happy with the day staff and the afternoon staff as the girls always treat me perfect but I’m absolutely disgusted with the fellow working tonight at 11 PM .

Hotel is very clean. Love the location. Can walk to the falls, lots of close by eateries, fun things going on in the area. Free water and coffee provided. The staff is good and normally make us happy each time we go there.

A room close to us had very disturbing neighbours. They were so loud late at night that it woke us out of our sleep and we couldn’t sleep anymore. We attempted to nicely asked them to quiet it down but it got ugly when one female called me a name and I called it back. Both our men got involved and my man got shoved. We spoke to houtel staff and they went and spoke to them but nothing changed. Calling the police was mentioned but no one called. We think the hotel should’ve kicked out the disruptive trouble-makers but that didn’t happen, so because of this we doubt we will return there. Hotel should include a zero tolerance policy for disruptive behaviours and acts of violence.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. The location was great for walking to the falls, or entertainment. Check-in and out was a breeze!

The carpet on the floor was dirty and left my socks black. The power outlets were not secured to the wall and came out showing the wires whenever anything was unplugged. Housekeeping came in after is specifically requested no service for our short stay. It felt like a low end motel with makeup. Breakfast was a joke. Toast and cereal in a room that was not big enough for all the guests.

Our stay w Falls Lodge and Suites was terrific. At the last min, I searched for a close room by the casino and other attractions, I was able to reserve this spot within 20m and we are very pleased w the choice, specifically the owners /staff. How helpful and friendly they are. The cost was amazing and location. Thank you to our desk clerk that evening she made it very stress-free and went above and beyond to help. After check out she held our luggage safely so we could tour the strip and museums !! The only, if any concern we did have was the cost of IHOP for breakfast was irregular for such a franchise, we had ordered 2 simple breakfasts w coffee and it was 90$ plus gratuities!!!! Which has been the most expensive breakfast (2 eggs 2 strips of bacon and strings of home fries (if you can call them that) o and toast, coffee w water. No other patrons were at the restaurant during breakfast which should have been a clue !! Anyway, our stay overall was pretty darn good, and besides the breakfast. We will Def. Be visiting Falls Lodge again!

It is convenient near downtown. But i expect more fancy for the money I spent.

No Coffee machine in the room

We checked in on July 4, so it’s a bit pricy but understandable.it’s the Holiday. Overall I think i will rate Falls lodge and suite “8 to 9” for the location, the cleanness, and especially the friendliness of the front desk. I asked Putnam for a hot water kettle for my tea (sorry I am not sure if I spell her name correctly) and I was going to pick it up when heading out for dinner. But in no time she showed up at my door with the hot water kettle . :) I really appreciate her response. Next time if visiting Niagara I would come back to stay here again.
