Responsive staff and accommodation, spacious room, AC well functioning as expected, bright lighting in the bathroom, clean mirrow and towels

No fan in the bathroom, noise disturbance from the fridge, the pillow was high for me

Very clean, quiet and location was perfect. The room was a perfect size and the shower and bathroom were great. The bed was very comfortable, I slept so well both nights I was there. I appreciated the fact that there was no carpet so felt very clean and hygienic. Compared to other hotels nearby I found the price very good value and very happy that they didn’t charge extra for parking. Next time I’m back in Niagara I will stay here again for sure. Ps the lady and gentleman at the reception were so nice and friendly. Keep up the great work guys!

The room didn’t have a hair dryer but the nice lady at reception lent me one so it really wasn’t an issue. Just something to check before you shower lol

The room was spacious. The TV was large and had Netflix access etc. There was also a fridge (no freezer though) and the air conditioner, though looking a bit strange, still functioned okay.

There was no "regular" chair in the room, which made working at the table (reading/writing etc.) quite uncomfortable. Also, I didn't like that the shower head had no hose, so showering was not too pleasant with water coming only from one point at the top (but perhaps this is just a "North-American style" to shower - I really don't know)

The room was amazing especially with the nice touch of the Disco affect under the bed not to mention the view of the street was amazing and the breeze and the air conditioning all excellent everything was great in the hotel and the front desk he was an exceptional person, smooth easy transition checking in and out. Friendly and amazing service I would recommend to anyone I know to stay here. And I definitely will be back with my man.

The only thing we had trouble with our door locking was a bit tedious ended up fixing itself and correcting itself on its own but going out I couldn't figure out how to do it so it would properly close lock.

The couple at the reception were very friendly and lovely. They had a mini fridge and free parking included at a very reasonable price for the area. When I walked in, I commented on how they had a microwave in the lobby so when we checked in, he said that they actually have some rooms with microwaves in them and offered us one at no extra cost. Walking distance to all the action but far enough that it's not noisy. Would book here again!

Nothing. Everything was as expected. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay.

The price of the room was good and the location was nice. We were there on Canada Day so it was a little busier than usual. However, there were plenty of restaurants/things to see within walking distance.

Booking.com tends to overbook the hotel. In the middle of the manager trying to move our two rooms together, Booking.com had attempted to fill our spot. :( When the manager called Booking.com support to get this corrected, the Booking.com rep said this happens all the time.

Excellent place , near ALL fun stuff in niagara 5 min walk! excellent employee who love is job and make you feel at home instantly. Cheap price , huge bed , clean place easy netflix huge clim! and excellent pizzeria just down in the same bulding HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! if you have alot of little monstrer and cant spend 1000$ on 1 week CALL MAMA'S INNN!!!

Location is convenient for the price. Parking is free and sufficient. No additional/hidden fees. Amenities are basic, but sufficient for the price we paid. There's even a small swimming pool that we didn't use. (Hairdryer is available only upon request; Microwave is on the 3rd floor which we didn't know until we were leaving). Customer service was good. It's newly renovated but don't expect hotel-level condition. With the right expectation, it's a good value stay.

A big garbage bin is located at the back near our room. Some small flies got into the room sometimes. The bathtub faucet made a high-pitch loud noise. There's no elevator (but we were aware of it when we booked)

The staff was extremely nice & helpful. Housekeeping lady had all the time smile on her face, that just makes your day. Facility was very close to skylon tower and Niagara view & very affordable price. Recommended to all 👍👍

There was no exhaust fan in washroom, that was the only thing that is recommended- but it doesn't really affect your stay

The owner/manager of the place was a nice person. They renovated the place and it was clean. They accommodated our needs to be next to our friends and emptied a room for us. They ordered taxi for us and helped us navigate the area.

There were small flies in our room (a lot). The room service cleaned and tried to kill them as much as possible.
