Sunset Inn

It’s in a great location, just on the end of the tourist street allowing for a short walk to get there. There are quite a few breakfast places around including a very cheap breakfast buffet straight across the road which was great. The room was good for how much we paid with a very comfortable bed and chairs. The owner was very friendly.

The bathtub was a little dirty and there were old clothes behind one of the cupboards.

I liked that we were allowed to park our vehicle before check-in and after check-out because places we wanted to go were just walking distance from our accommodation. The owners were very accommodating and very nice.

The property was clean. The room meet our expectations and was great to find a place to stay with 3 separate beds. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a good place to stay and would stay again. Location is also great to access the highlights of the Falls (Clifton Hills, restaurants, etc.).

The property is good "bang for luck" if you're travelling with friends or a large group. It's not a 5-star stay, but it will definitely meet your needs for a decent stay, compared to other rentals in the area.

My second year in a row staying here. This reasonably-priced motel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Falls and Clifton Hill attractions. My room was clean and comfortable. All amenities were in good working order, including the wifi. The swimming pool was a bit cold, but still pleasant. The staff were friendly. The proprietor, Mr. Shaikh ("Shaeky"), was very kind, helpful and welcoming to all guests. As a solo traveller, I felt perfectly safe staying here and will definitely return.

Delayed delivery of hot water when the tap was first turned on. It took a few minutes to reach the desired temperature.

If fancy is what you are looking for, then this review is not for you. If you are on a budget and want a great room, keep reading. The staff are very kind. We booked three rooms for family and our dog because our dad passed away. They checked in to see if we were okay and made us feel welcome. We stayed for one night but spent 8 days in niagara in total, and the other hotels we stayed in were not as clean as this one. The bedspreads are quilts and are really nice, the pool is clean, and the location is decent for anyone traveling for pleasure.

Although my brother's rooms had functioning a/c, my room did not. The a/c was broken, and it was really difficult to sleep in that heat.

Perfect location, there is a nearby buffet and a breakfast restaurant. The hotel is accessible and near the falls, it’s took litterally 10 mins to walk to the centre. The manager is so sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the room services and my requests were quickly answered! The place is affordable and I was surprised in terme of quality-price, it did exceed my expectations and I highly recommend this place!!

What truly stood out was the affordability. This hotel provided exceptional value for the price, making it a fantastic choice for budget-conscious travelers. Sunset Inn is really convenient for our family and we get the adjoining room and the kids love it. They also get to enjoy the pool soon as we get to Niagara. Most importantly the staff are very pleasant, kind people. The location is great.

I really can't make any complaint about our stay there. Beds are well made, sheets/bedding are clean and neat on beds. Floors are spotless and I enjoy the water power in the shower. Clean towels as well. I like everything about here.

The room was perfect for our size of family, as there weren't a lot of options available anywhere else we looked that would work for 7 people (two adults and 5 kids) and that fit our budget. The room was clean and had the basics for what we needed (shower, fridge, TV, parking, WiFi and close to all the attractions and locations in the heart of Niagara Falls), as, aside from sleeping and getting ready, we weren't really going to be using it for much else.

There wasn't really anything about the room or service that I would complain about or have issue with.

It was great to meat Haya, her wonderful sense of humour and welcoming family. The rooms are very tidy, comfortable beds, nices sofas with table, and plenty of storage as well as the practical small fridge and microwave. It's hard to find a better motel in terms of location. It's at a perfect walking distance to the city's action, while being just far enough that you'll be able to enjoy some quiet time at the nice pool and sleep well. Places to park, good driving distance to No Frills for groceries and, I do not say this lightly, it's just across the legendary Cippy's Place, which we highly recommend for authentic breakfast and/or lunch. Definitely will go back again !
